Chef Paul gave us a wonderful time! We learned how to make sushi and what you need to know to make really good sushi! We had lots of food, even some to take home! It was a great evening and I would recommend this experience

We had the most fun learning how to roll sushi from scratch. Chef Paul gently guided us through crafting a spicy California roll, a creamy Philadelphia roll, and a double crab roll loaded with layers of flavor. We ended on a sweet note with a Korean-style pancake and ice cream. Chef Paul is very knowledgable, patient and a great person overall. We couldn't have been happier doing a cooking class with him.
