Absolutely incredible tour! We had the best drivers and guides ever, Ti and Long (Dragon) :D They were super fun, making sure our trip is best possible and they are both such great drivers that I always felt super safe even high in the mountains. The views during the whole trip were so stunning that many times I was sure I was dreaming. You definitely cannot skip this tour and we found the Loop very reliable, well organized company that prioritizes safety and well-being of their customers while keeping very friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Mr Ti and Long Dragon are THE BEST drivers and tour guides in the whole Vietnam!! We had a stunning 4 day trip through Ha Giang and Cao Bang. The views are unbelievable and the guys went above and beyond to make our trip comfortable and memorable. 100% recommended, ask for Ti and uncle Dragon!!

We have just spent four exceptional days on the bike tour with this company, and we can only recommend it 100%! Our guides, Vinh and You, have been absolutely fabulous. They drive with care and professionalism, and Vinh speaks very good English (which he learned on his own, which is impressive). Both were always available, attentive, helpful and humorous. They made us discover beautiful places, with varied and original treks, always accompanied. The accommodation was of very good quality and we also ate very well throughout the stay. We were a group of eight bikes at the start, then halfway through we ended up only two bikes on a different route. This more intimate experience made us feel particularly privileged. Every evening was the occasion to make very beautiful meetings, both with Vietnamese and foreign travelers. An unforgettable experience!

Completing the combined Ha Giang and Cao Bang tour with The Loop Tours was the highlight of my time in Vietnam—honestly one of the best experiences of my life. The easy riders were incredible: extremely safe, friendly, and they truly went above and beyond to make the trip special. The hostels along the way were charming and welcoming, with outstanding service everywhere we stayed. Communication from the company beforehand was also excellent—very timely and helpful, which made everything feel smooth and well organized from the start.

A huge thank you to Duc, Dam, and Chin for such a beautiful experience! Duc was my driver, and he kept me safe throughout the entire journey. Even though it’s not easy to drive with a big girl like me riding on the back, he was absolutely flawless! Breathtaking views, great food, and wonderful company! It was truly a unique experience that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. Highly recommended!

I spent 4 amazing days with Thelooptour I fully recommend it ! The landscape is incredible and beyond the very well-known and extraordinary points the whole road is magnificent to do. In addition, the experience itself must be lived once in a lifetime because I don't think I can feel so much emotion in such a short time: the joy, the laughter, the friendship and the sadness of leaving each other in the end. We were supposed to do only the Ha giang tour because we weren’t enough informed about Cao Bang and Ha giang is a go to but I recommend so much to do Cao Bang it was so unique as an experience. So calm and authentic. The entire Loop team was so kind and responsive because they agreed to change the route last minute and helped us at every step of our trip to Cao Bang so thank you for everything. Of course to finish I would like to thank Léo and all his team because you have been so kind and patient with us. Even though I come from France I felt like I was at home. The loop itself is amazing, but sharing with locals makes it different, also the places where we were staying, were super nice and the people is super friendly. 100% recommended

We had such a Great Time doing this ride of 4 days through The north of Vietnam. Only The last homestay wasn’t well .. not as The previous ones in The trip .. Even though The owner was nice but not High standard place as The other ones. Still, The drivers were so nice And fun, we had Great nights and partys with them. Thanks a lot ! Thibault.

We loved the 4 day Tour Ha Giang- Cao Bang with the Loop! We had such experienced and good Free Riders (Kahnu, Chính, Huy) which made this days unforgettable and very safe for us. This Tour is perfect for people who like to go off the beaten track from time to time. We are big nature lover and we got the full load of that! I can‘t even tell what i liked the most because everyday was breathtaking ;) the homestays were well organized and the meals delicious. I think for me the Tour with the Loop made our trip to Vietnam very special. Do yourself a favor and book your Ha Giang- Cao Bang Tour over this company!
