Full recommended Viarg, a 100% personalized and dedicated tour. Hernan is a guide with a lot of knowledge and excellent willingness to wait a few more minutes if one wants to be to appreciate the destination. Everything is fulfilled by the letter offered, a nice option to know more about the city and its history.

The tour was spectacular, Hernan excellent guide, explained the history of each place we visited. I recommend it 100%. Very goodwill and I wait for us in each place with patience so that we could walk them quietly.

Our driver, Matthias, and our guide Mora were fantastic. Mora speaks beautiful English, very easy to understand. Matthias was continually moving the car so we would not have to walk any farther than necessary. The car was clean, newer, and very comfortable. They were both very knowledgeable, explaining points of interest, combined with historical perspective and narrative. We enjoyed a lunch together with them at a local pizzeria. It was lovely getting to know them on a personal level a bit better. I very much recommend this dynamic duo.

I'm writing this review to warn others about the terrible experience we had on a tour in Buenos Aires. We booked a tour with this company expecting to explore the city's highlights, but what we got was a rushed and poorly planned itinerary, and what felt like a scam. Our guide seemed uninterested and unknowledgeable, and we were constantly being pushed to buy overpriced souvenirs and eat at overpriced restaurants. The tour was supposed to include several famous landmarks, but we barely spent any time at each one. To make matters worse, the company changed the itinerary without notice, and we were left feeling misled and cheated. When we tried to address the issues, the company was unresponsive and unapologetic. Save your money and avoid this tour company. There are plenty of other reputable and honest operators in Buenos Aires that will give you a much better experience.

They're scammers. We hired a tour and they never showed up. We called the contact number and they never answered. After two hours a destroyed car appeared with a person who knew nothing about the city. He disrespected us, talking like a nasty man and insulting all the cars along the way. We asked for the refund because it was a scam and they never answered again. They're a fraud.
