Sultana the rep in the hotel was so knowledgeable and helpful. She organised our mini breakdown is such a way that utilised our time effectively to see as much as we could . Her driver Sheraz accompanied us and was very knowledgeable and courteous.
We had such a great experience with Sultana at Amwaj Rotana who helped arrange the Dubai City tour, Abu Dhabi tour, Jet Ski and also upgraded us to a private yacht for the sunset cruise! Sultana was incredibly helpful, friendly and absolutely the sweetest - cant thank her enough for taking care of my whole family and arranging everything so simply and perfectly for us. We were a large family but everything was so stress free and relaxed for us. Sultana made sure that we would have the best time during all the tours. The tour guides were very kind, helpful and knowledgeable - thank you for providing a comfortable and most enjoyable experience for us. Sultana really went above and beyond for us and we all genuinely appreciated and are so grateful for everything she did to make our holiday so memorable! She is reliable and caring and made sure to make our holiday even more special. Thank You so much!

Good experience with the guide javed khan, which was very helpful. We went to the most iconic sites of the city of Adu Dhabi, the Mosque being a place not to miss. I recommend for safety and tranquility.

Our tours in Dubai and Abu Dhabi were organised by Jasmeen Kaur, tour desk at the Marina Hotel Apartments in Dubai Marina. Our Desert Safari included hotel pick up and drop off, Zune backing which was a great experience! I have to mention Hussain who took us on that tour, he was great! Jasmeen also arranged our tour of Abu Dhabi City tour with or own private vehicle and guide. She was very professional and gave great recommendations within my budget! Our final activity will be tomorrow for the x-line Dubai zip line!!
This was my worst experience with this company, not at all recommended for any kind of tour through this fraud company they charged me 4 times of the price, there are much better options in the market, they force the hotel guests to post 5 star review despite the extremely bad experiences. For city tours, we operate Nissan Patrol, Toyota Land Cruiser, Toyota Fortuner, Hyundai Santa Fe, Honda Odyssey, and Kia Carnival. Almost all of our vehicles are new models and maintained to a high standard for guest comfort. Therefore, For the 6 Emirates Tour and Abu Dhabi City Tour, we strictly provide 100% new vehicles, as these are long-duration tours. Based on this, your allegation regarding vehicle quality is not valid. We completely disagree with your claim that the service provided deserves a 1-star rating. Additionally, according to our internal records, we could not find your name or any booking for the 6 Emirates Tour or Abu Dhabi City Tour with our company. Given these facts, we strongly believe that this review may have been posted for the wrong company or fake-posted with the intention of damaging our company’s reputation, possibly by a competitor. We genuinely respect and value honest guest feedback. However, if this review was posted by mistake or has been intentionally misused, we kindly request that you remove the review.
