The agency demonstrated a clear lack of knowledge regarding the different types of entry requirements. Not only were they unhelpful throughout the process, but they also provided incorrect information, wrongly advising me that I was eligible for a single entry when I was not. Their handling of the situation showed little understanding or professionalism. Beyond this, there was no wifi available during the trip, and we never visited the pearl plant that had been advertised. To make matters worse, the guide rushed through the park — we entered after 7am and left by 10:30am, leaving little time to actually take in the experience.
Thank you for your feedback. However, several statements in your review are inaccurate and do not reflect the actual sequence of events. The group departure was delayed by approximately 30 minutes while waiting for the client to complete payment, which directly impacted the schedule of this shared group safari. Our team also provided correct and consistent guidance regarding entry requirements in line with official park regulations, supported by multiple written clarifications before the tour to ensure proper compliance. Additionally, certain inclusions such as WiFi availability and optional stops (including the pearl plant) are subject to operational conditions on the day and may vary based on routing and park logistics. Despite the delay, the tour was conducted within the permitted operational timeframe.
An experience well worth it. The driver really knew how to show us so many wild life animals close up. An opportunity you should not miss when you have half a day to spare. The ride in the park is a little adventure, but it is quite shaky. For the afternoon safari, I was glad having skipped lunch. Pick-up and drop off at my hotel was even included in the price making this a great offer!

First of all our guide and driver, Willie was outstanding. He was able to locate so many animals and was an expert driver and tour guide. We saw Guinea, Impalas, Fox, Antelopes, Lions, Giraffe, Zebras, Ostriches, Rhinos, Warthogs, Elands, Hippos, Vultures, Water Buffalos, Crocodiles, Blue Herons, and many other birds. And I may have missed a few. Thank you Willie.

The day started well, we were picked up at our hotel on time, and were taken into the park, our driver did a great job, whilst we didn't see lions nor did anyone else so not the drivers fault! When things went wrong was when we were taken to a tourist shop after our safari, we couldn't find our driver and when we did he put us in an uber rather than taking us back to the hotel. It had taken us less than 15 mi uses to get to the park in the morning but nearly an hour to get back from the shop. As a private tour would therefor not recommend.

To clarify, the vehicle used was our official transfer vehicle, as this was a group joining tour and we needed to return other guests as well. This was the most organised tour that I have ever had. I made a last minute booking online on Get your Guide and I was allocated Wellington Safaris. Within minutes of booking, I got a text from wellington safaris, telling me that they had received my booking for the next day safari. I then got a confirmation of pick up time and a link to use to pay the park entry fees. Willy was our guide and turned up just on time at 6:15 am as he had stated. The trip was fantastic. Willy had excellent knowledge and throughout our tour, he was well ahead of the game on where the animals would be. His knowledge was excellent as well as his photography skills. We saw many giraffes, rhinos, hippos, zebras, impalas, a set of lions, ostriches as well as baboons. I would recommend wellington safaris to anyone who wants a great experience at Nairobi national park and Willy is an excellent knowledgeable guide.

Great conclusion to the Kenya trip. Many rhinos, giraffes, also hippos, crocodiles, antelopes, and also a lion and a lioness. Partly in front of a skyline backdrop. Service from Will was top, everything exactly as per travel description - thank you very much

We enjoyed a lot our safari. The guide was very helpful and experienced. We have seen most of the amazing animals of this park. The proximity of the city does not prevent you from feeling in the middle of the wild.
