Ahmed and Maged were excellent guides for our tour! Maged was our driver - he was prompt, respectful, helpful and accommodated our requests (we were hungry and he stopped to get us food). Ahmed was also very responsive to our questions and requests. He was very knowledgeable, engaging, and was willing to tailor the tour to answer interests/curiosities we had. We felt safe the whole time. My only wish is that we could have had them as tour guides our whole trip!

Bisho was an excellent tour guide! Very well versed in history, a great story teller and will show you the best spots to see. I am a local that visited with friends from abroad and really enjoyed learning about the history of my country. I highly recommend this tour to all visiting!!

Ehab gave us the best tour experience. Very knowledgeable and let us have time to explore on our own after giving us the history explanation. The driver Shadi was awesome too. He also told us facts about Egypt as he drove us. It was a smooth experience from start to finish!

The tour of Old Cairo was great! My guide Sandy was very knowledgeable and took me through the various Coptic Churches until the final Alabaster Mosque. I would highly reccommend to anyone

Update: I am posting this review for a second time because my original review was dismissed by the tour operator, who claimed I had not booked with them and implied my experience was not genuine, while also pointing to their many positive reviews. However, that does not change what I personally experienced. To avoid any doubt, I have attached my Expedia booking confirmation and a screenshot of the WhatsApp conversation in which they themselves sent me the TripAdvisor review link. I am simply sharing my genuine experience so future travelers can make an informed decision. Here is my experience: I was very disappointed with this experience because it was significantly different from what was advertised. My pickup was scheduled for 1:30 p.m., but the driver arrived around 2:00 p.m. due to traffic. Unfortunately, the tour was not extended to compensate for the delay. Instead of the advertised 4-hour tour, I was dropped back at my hotel around 5:00 p.m., with the sightseeing portion lasting only about 2.5 hours. The itinerary stated approximately one hour at each major site, but we spent less than 40 minutes at each location and were rushed throughout the tour. I barely had enough time to appreciate the sites or take photos. The listing also advertised an “all-inclusive” option with included tickets. In reality, only one paid entrance ticket was included, while the other sites were free to access. This was one of the reasons I chose this more expensive tour over cheaper alternatives. The private vehicle was simply a basic economy car, not the comfortable private transportation I expected from the listing. The only reason I am not giving one star is because the guide was excellent. She was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely tried to improve the experience after I explained my concerns. My complaint is with the tour operator and the misleading description, not with her. I would not book this tour again unless the itinerary and duration are accurately represented.

We had a really fantastic time on this tour. Our tour guide, Bisho, was absolutely amazing and was so knowledgable. He was kind and gave us all the time we needed to do each thing- there was no rush at all. Our tour started off by going to visit two different churches which were beautiful in Coptic Cairo. We then went to Commercial Street to learn more about the Egyptian oils, spices, cotton and papyrus. This was then all topped off by going to see Citadel and Mohammed Ali Mosque. Honestly a breath taking experience! Finally we went to a market place. Would definitely recommend booking this tour!
