Our voyage was in late September if I didn’t book it through via I would’ve been able to get the boat ride for half price. There are plenty of operators in Como begging for passages. The scenery speaks for itself, and the captain of the boat was unexceptional so really I think any boat would’ve been fine.
Everything was perfectly organised and always on time. The team were incredibly friendly, professional and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Beautiful views, great service, and a lovely experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

An incredible experience! We rented a boat (which can hold up to 9 people) for just our small party of 3 to celebrate my mom's birthday. It was pure luxury, far more comfortable than public ferries, and surprisingly reasonable. Stunning views and perfect memories! 10/10!

This is a SCAM! The trip was booked for August 29th. Either TripAdvisor or the Tour Guide moved it to the 28th. Additionally, when I contacted the Tour Guide about the mistake, he said he would not refund the money but I could pay €300 in cash on top of the already ~€480 already paid! When I explained what happened, he went further and said he would refund the ~€480 and I had to pay him €600 in cash! Complete scammer. Do NOT use this company.
Your reaction to this review is frankly disappointing, especially considering that your review falsely portrays us as thieves. It is not our responsibility that you made a mistake when booking your tour for August 28 and then failed to show up. You subsequently expected us to reschedule the tour for August 29 at our own expense. Despite my willingness to find an amicable solution, and despite working together with Viator to assist you, you were still dissatisfied and continued to demand a full refund for a tour you did not attend. Frankly, I find this behavior unacceptable, and your review is both unfair and completely misleading. I invite anyone reading this to look at our last 500 five-star reviews. They speak for themselves and reflect the professionalism, dedication, passion, and daily commitment I put into my work and into making sure that everyone who visits my magnificent land has a wonderful experience. We are always happy to help when circumstances allow, but we cannot be held responsible for a customer’s booking mistake and failure to attend a scheduled tour.
