Was an exceptional choice... The way to get a tour of all the lake, take in some sight seeing and feel the wind in your hair. Great service, easy just pick up and drop off with full tank.
We came to Tahoe for our 39 anniversary, we live in Texas where the heat had been triple digits all summer. Tahoe was one of the few places left at this time that the temperature was high 60 low 40. Tahoe was a place we had not visited. We were looking for things to do an decided on the sling shot experience. A 4 hr tour around the lake. My wife and I enjoyed the entire experience. The views were amazing, the openness of the drive took us back to the days of our youth. There was plenty of time to take in all the recommended stops and the some. We recommend this excursion to anyone that visits.
Absolutely brilliant! So much fun in these cars and such a good way to get around if (like us) your travelling with a big RV which makes it harder to get about. Cars are a total headturner so my teenage kids loved it.. and an ultimate tick box for the hubby. I’ve never driven in the U.S. before so I felt a little nervous at first, as they are really wide cars but after 10 mins, we were on our way! The host was brilliant, turned up on time at the meeting point, contacted us beforehand and super friendly. I’d advise to call an hour before via the number supplied on trip advisor as the reception in Lake Tahoe is in and out leading to a bit of a panic but all tan super smoothly. Cost a further $12 to fill the cars up before handing back. Would really recommend and brilliant memories made.
It was absolutely beautiful and an amazing experience!!! Brian at Tahoe slingshot was very professional and had a wonderful attitude, which made the whole experience just that much better!!!

We booked thru trip advisor. Company didn't show up for the booking at the meet location & didn't answer the phone. Trip advisor also tried to call & they didn't answer. DO NOT WASTE YOIR TIME OR MONEY. We wasted half of our day on our vacation. Bad bad business. Seemed like a scam. 🚫🚫🚫
What a way to see Lake Tahoe!! It was beautiful and the slingshot is so fun to drive. My wife and I loved every minute. The guys were great to deal with and the communication was top notch. Have us recommendations on places to stop along the way and the views were fabulous
What an amazing way to see Lake Tahoe! Brian met us nearby our rental house, gave us a detailed overview of the car, and we were on our way! We drove around the entire Lake, stopping at Emerald bay for sunset, Vikingsholm, and Za for a quick bite. Easy to drive and navigate, perfect excursion for two people!
What a blast! It was a great way to orient yourself to the lake. We went up the west side and back. The Slingshot was easy to drive. It handled very well. Brian was very helpful and confirmed our meeting point the prior day. We will look to rent these on future vacations.
My photos won’t load but the up close views from the Slingshot are uncompromising. 100% fun 🤩 The slingshot rentals from this company are a must do when visiting south Tahoe. They are easy and fun to drive and the owner was great to deal with. Absolutely recommend!!
