Very disappointing!! One point for the friendly welcome and one for the ambience. My treatment scrab and oil massage was performed by a man. It was impossible to top in laymanship. Here are just two examples. To move the leg into another position, it was lifted up by the toes! In the scrub, the inside of the thighs was treated massively and the much more important areas such as the heel or elbow were not taken into account. I could give more examples of that. I advise everyone to cancel when asking for a male handler. By the way, my wife had a wife and was happy with the treatment.

Dream experience
I am not a fan of massages but in Thailand it is a must-see. The center is a dream: an oasis of well-being from beginning to end, a personal pampering, a magic for the eyes and the body. I had a couples massage in aromatherapy and the therapist Som was outstanding. Among the best memories I will carry in my heart from Chiang Mai.

Do NOT Miss This Experience
I've been to Fah Lanna twice---once in December of 2023 and again this month (July 2024). A friend in Bangkok recommended Fah Lanna to me, and I now recommend Fah Lanna to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. I went with my mom and three family friends on my first visit. We all had exceptional experiences. My massage with Khun Pin was the best massage I've had in my life (and I live in Thailand, so I've had a lot! LOL). I requested Khun Pin again for my recent visit---body scrub, massage, and facial. My skin is shiny and smooth as a baby seal, and the massage was amazing. I hit that "am I levitating/white noise/meditative" state during my facial and I don't even remember it. This place is SO good. The facilities are beautiful and charming and the staff is fantastic. Go here. Treat yourself.

Wonderful and relaxing
My wife and I booked the honeymoon spa package for couples. We had a great experience. I had never had the body scrub before and I really enjoyed it. The hot oil message was also very nice. This was a great way to relax.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE!!
My husband and I did the honeymoon package. It was hands down the most amazing spa experience either of us have ever had. We left there feeling like butter! We were so relaxed and soft! They did a truly fantastic job. Whenever I go back we are going again!

It was an amazing experience
The massage was great and the facial treatment simply terrific! One of the best experiences. The only problem was that the local is expanding and one of the treatment of the package was not available and they offer you other with the same or below value.

Dear David,
Thank you very much. We are very happy that you enjoyed your treatment as much and delighted with your comments. Sorry that the steam room was not working on the day of your treatment. We do understand that this was not as expected but has since been rectified. Unfortunately, this has been out of our control and the parts had to be ordered, which meant that it could not be fixed in time. We do hope you had a wonderful time in Chiang Mai and that we may be able to welcome you again.
With warm regards from your Fah Lanna Spa team
