My driver was prompt and communicative and was waiting for me after my flight landed. There were no issues locating him. However, there was no effort to help with my bags on our walk to the car and the car is just a taxi. The advertisement makes it seem like it’s a nice private car and it isn’t. Because it was just a taxi, I felt like this was way over priced. I would book a different service in the future.

We would just like to clarify that the service booked was our Standard vehicle category, rather than an Executive or luxury vehicle. Standard transfers may be operated by licensed taxi/private hire vehicles, whereas our Executive category is specifically for clients wishing to travel in a higher-end vehicle such as a Mercedes E-Class or similar.
That said, we are sorry to hear that the driver did not offer assistance with your luggage. We expect our drivers to provide a courteous and helpful service, including offering assistance with bags where appropriate, and we will certainly raise this with the driver concerned.
We appreciate your comments, as they help us improve both the way our vehicle categories are described and the service delivered by our drivers.

Call a Taxi or an Uber
A taxi showed up - late. Honestly, we could have called for an Uber for a fraction of the cost. Overpriced for what we got.

Landing in Dublin
Driver was prompt and waiting at airport. Car was clean but did smell of cigarette smoke. We landed during rush hour so transit time was almost 50 minutes- driver did the best to find work around..

Just a taxi service.
The driver doesnt speak to you. Will get you from airport to hotel without issues. However, if your looking for a smiling Irish smile upon arrival, this is not the car service for you.

Scam Booking - Take a taxi and save
Do Not Book - I reserved a private sedan with indoor pickup for my sister and I. Upon arrival there was not anyone waiting for us, I called the number and was told someone would be right in. A man approached us without a sign and led us outside to his taxi van… paid triple what a taxi charges for the same route.
Giving two stars because we did get to our destination, but this is not what I paid for. I’ve requested a partial refund and have yet to head back.
