The tour guide (Hahrula sp?} was excellent, giving thorough historical details on ancient history, myths, architecture, as well as current info on regions. Most of the hotels were very good (I chose the higher grade).

The hotels are good enough and so is the food. The monasteries provide a skirt covering for the ladies.

We are just back from one of the best tours we have ever undertaken to regions of Greece that were fundamental to the course of modern civilization. Due in no small measure to the outstanding commentary from our tour leader Sophie (a practicing archeologist who is deeply knowledgeable about Ancient Greek history) and the superb driving from the coach operator Marius (some Geek roads are not for the faint hearted), we saw sights that will live in our memories forever. Each day is different; each site visited provided new perspectives on various stages of a 3,000 year history. Overall, these vignettes build to a more complete understanding of modern Greek culture and its role in world history. Along the way, Sophie shared great insights into the daily lives, politics and legends of each era and was able to skillfully relate these to modern day life. The scenery is amazing - from high mountains to coastal areas - the tour provides lots of opportunities to experience each site and each city/village that you stay in. Our only regret is that the tour was not longer - we’d love to come back and spend more time in amazing places like Nafplio and Kalambaka.

This tour was an excellent way to see more of Greece than just Athens. Each day was planned out so that you would see some of the most spectacular sights from Ancient Greece. Yes, we had to ride on the bus for some distance (1200 km) to see everything but totally worth it. Loved that we had an extremely knowledgeable tour guide, Marianna, and extremely skilled bus driver, Vangellis. Our group was also small, 15 people, all from different countries, and we had a huge bus. Definitely bring good, sturdy walking shoes on this trip. We wore our hiking boots and were so glad we did as there are many challenging steps to climb and difficult terrain to walk on. There were two negatives that I will mention. The first is that when you are booking, you get a choice of first class or tourist class hotels. Although the first class was a little more money, that's what we went with. Disappointed that we ended up staying in all tourist class hotels so not worth the extra money for first class. The other negative was this tour was supposed to include pick up and drop off if your hotel was on their list. Ours was but because it was 500 meters away from their offices, we had to walk, lugging heavy suitcases behind us. Fortunately, the tour guide and bus driver dropped everyone off at their hotels when the trip was over. All in all, this was a great trip and would highly recommend to those who are adventurous and physically active.

Everything went very well, the group nice, the guide very good and the visits excellent, highly recommended. Watch out for hot months

Great experience, but be prepared for walking and stairs. Not to strenuous, if you take your time. Our guide, Christina was amazing.

I saw a lot of places and the guides was amazing also the group was small and fun people with us. I recommend this trip for people want to see many places in Greece

Beautiful and intense tour that visited all the places provided and three other enjoyable towns. Excellent and comfortable means of transport used (a luxury Mercedes van with 30 seats occupied only in 10) The group and 'was always accompanied by the guide and' extensively expounded in explanations. I particularly want to thank the guide Dr. Georgia, Giuli for us, for the professionalism, sympathy and closeness to the group. In years of travel I had never seen such a good guide. Congratulations!! Good, considerate and professional drivers. Excellent hotel accommodations and meals. Tour absolutely recommended, with excellent value for money 'price.I report only a small mishap of the office of the tour operator who did not provide, as agreed, to pick up at the hotelWe had to go by taxi (10 minutes) at our expense. Disruption probably due to the large number of tours and oartecipabti departing on the same day.

Tour very well put together. An excellent Greek guide who spoke perfect Spanish. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate. The places you visited, backfiring!!! Omnibus correct, with good wifi. Good breakfasts too. Of the hotels, perhaps the one in Olympia, Nedea, I did not like: it did not reach the 3 stars we had been told, at least in my opinion. If you propose the same hotel, it may be worth opting for a 4-star plan. The lunches we were offered were good overall, and economical: but it was a little shocking that it was necessary to pay in cash, without a convincing reason.
