Regarding the two points mentioned in your review, we would like to clarify the following: First, regarding the wineries: the tour itinerary and description clearly specify that the tour includes visits to four winery locations, with wine tastings at the three wineries indicated in the itinerary. The fourth winery is the location where lunch takes place, and lunch is not included in the tour price. A wine tasting at this location is not part of the tour inclusions. The tour description and itinerary are provided before booking, including the activities and services included at each stop. Therefore, the fourth winery is not presented as a fourth included wine tasting. It is a winery visit combined with the lunch stop. Regarding the three reservations, the situation was also reviewed according to the cancellation policy. The reservations were made for three consecutive days, and the two reservations that were cancelled were cancelled after the booking cancellation conditions applied. At the time the reservations were made or cancelled, we were not contacted directly by you to inform us that they had been created by mistake. We were contacted through Customer Service several days later, and by that point the reservations were already outside the applicable cancellation period. The cancellation policy is clearly stated in the booking conditions and applies to reservations made through the platform. Nevertheless, the case was reviewed with Viator and Customer Service, and a partial refund was provided as an exception. The amount that was not refunded corresponds to management and operational costs associated with those reservations. The fact that the bookings were made accidentally does not automatically override the cancellation conditions, particularly when the cancellation request is received after the applicable deadline. We understand that this was an error while making the reservations, but the cancellation policy exists precisely to establish the conditions under which refunds can be processed, and in this case the policy was applied accordingly.
