Terrible experience. We tried multiple times to contact this company regarding our booking. We sent text messages that were read and never answered, and we also called with no response. When you’re traveling and trying to finalize plans, the last thing you should have to do is repeatedly chase down a company just to get basic communication. Being left on read and having our calls go unanswered was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. We ultimately had to make other arrangements and thankfully found another wine tour company that communicated with us immediately. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on our experience.
Bus driver great.. time at wineries maybe a little shorter. Two good wineries other two ok.
Keith our guide was amazing. The first stop at oak Creek wasn't a good experience. Staffing wasn't up to par and on the tasting 3 of the wines has gone bad and they didn't comp or replace. Also, 2 of the signature cocktails were unavailable but we're not told until 30mins later. Another couple on tour said they ordered the cocktails and were told they also went bad. Oak Creek should be taken off the stops. Other than that the other stops were great and we had a beautiful day and once again our guide was amazing
Great wine tour with Keith! We had a nice picnic lunch at the second winery and then decided to spend extra time at the last one. The bus was comfortable and they provided cold water. Would do the tour again!
Great way to find a favorite wine! Stress free and fun party bus vibe! Meet great people in the group. Driver was knowledgeable and fun.
Great vineyards, friendly staff, wonderful wine, fun time
All the vineyards were great especially our last stop, DA Ranch. We loved it. The group we were with was great. Two things: the van was hot and there was no music. Other than that Bob was great.
Bait and Switch. Not customer friendly, lousy communication. Vendor wouldn't refund my money after he bait and switched on me. I booked a tour the night before. The site CLEARLY said 11AM pickup at my hotel. AFTER he charged my account, I received a notice saying my pick up time and location were now different. This did not fit my schedule and I called asking for a refund. I told him that if I was aware BEFORE he charged my card that the time and location could be different, I would have passed. He refused, pointing to some obscure fine print, saying the time and location were only estimates. If true, that info was completely obscure and not what the booking engine portrayed. In the spirit of full disclosure, the credit card company took his side, because since this was a last minute booking, the site said there would be no refund. Not cool.
If we were the tour company you are taking about you would have gotten a full refund. So something isn't adding up here. You also use the terms in your text of "He"' or "Him" many times in your comments. This doesn't make any sence because the only person that handles our reservations is a woman. So we can only assume you given the wrong company a bad review and have mistaken us for another tour you were trying to take.
It was basically an expensive uber. There were no wine tours or descriptions of the wine. The wineries were all next door to each other and only 20 minutes outside Sedona. Wine tastings not included which was stated but i thought for the price there would be a more immersive wine experience.
It states clearly the tastings are not included. There is a company that does includes the tastings that tour cost $199 per person and they only go to three winieries. You only paid $99 and went to 4 wineries. The tastings do not cost $100. We are the best value in Sedona. There is no other tour company in Sedona that has a six hour tour and a lunch in a limo bus for only $99! P.S What would a six hour Uber ride have cost you?
Tour guide was awesome!! Very informative & fun! Wineries were great as wel and a yummy lunch. A fun day!
