This was different to what we have ever experienced before...however it worked. We felt it was good value for money. The Hotels were Strawberry Park Resort in ( the Cameron Highlands) and Flamingo (on the beach in Penang) which was a nice suprise and that is were we say communication wasn't the best. WHY Is it just the way it works in Malaysia or not well organised or waiting to see if they can get a last minute deal. Our drivers / cars were good. I just suggest you have your itinerary with you ( so you don't miss stops I was totally on it and still didn't get to a spot or two ( one which was included in the price). We found ourselves confirming with the company every step of the way.

As mentioned in the Viator booking itinerary, the hotel names were clearly specified, and the same hotels were provided.
