Excellent trip with lots of lovely spots and time for exploring. Remember a towel for the waterfalls, it’s freezing but refreshing and reef shoes are a must!! Mostar was beautiful but very busy as expected but our guide always got us to the best locations and told us everything we needed to know. He was great. Lots of knowledge and his English was exceptional. He catered for all the different people and their requirements. It’s a long day but well worth it.

Great experience; spectacular places to see and visit; very comprehensive and complete full-day tour to experience Bosnia Herzegovina 🇧🇦. A must if you want to have a real taste of Herzegovina. Highly recommended. Ben, our tour guide, was very professional and knowledgeable.

We had a private tour with Safet to Mostar and all kinds of other villages. It’s definitely recommended! Safet really did his best to make it a wonderful day, and he certainly succeeded. We drove along a beautiful route and Safet told us all about Bosnia along the way. He had a relaxed attitude and knew some lovely places to have a delicious lunch.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with our tour guide, Emir from Insider Tours! He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire day. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was enjoyable, comfortable, and stress-free. There was so much to see, but the day felt well-paced despite the distances covered. Bosnia is a beautiful country, and this tour offers a wonderful snapshot of its history and scenery for anyone with just one day to explore. Emir was always happy to answer questions, share interesting stories, and help with anything we needed. His positive attitude and genuine care made the experience even more special. One tip: bring flip-flops or water shoes for Kravice Waterfalls — walking barefoot on the gravel isn’t fun. But the falls themselves more than make up for it! We’d highly recommend Emir to anyone looking for a fantastic tour guide. He truly made the trip memorable, and we’re grateful for all his help. He embodies the resilience and warmth of the Bosnian people, despite the hardships of the past.

Iman was a very good tour guide 🤗 We felt comfortable and in good hands! She used the car rides to provide information and let us explore the stops at our own pace. The trip was very pleasant and safe. We highly recommend this tour!

Kenan was an amazing guide! He was a walking BiH encyclopedia! Highly recommend this trip, it was well timed and we managed to see a lot of the beautiful Herzegovina throughout the day.

I was a little nervous about booking the tour being a solo female traveller but it couldn’t have been better. Guide Ben was friendly, a great driver and gave the right amount of information at each stop. Not too much or too little but some key facts about each area we visited and then we had time to explore on our own. I felt safe and enjoyed the trip. There were 3 other solo female travellers as well and 7 of us in total so it wasn’t a huge crowd which was nice. I would recommend this tour, company and of course ask for Ben! This country is stunning, beautiful and has so much to see and the people are the icing on the cake as make you very welcome.

Super skilled guide, very beautiful excursion, very interesting cities full of history and culture, as well as the nature of the rugged mountains and the waterfalls.

Nice trip with good guide. But the minibus we were travelling in was old and the driver had trouble keeping up speed. Spontaneous he said this vehicle doesn't hold up for this kind of tour.

A very nice trip to Herzegovina, thanks to our guide Adissa, who did all this great! The nature and scenery are breathtaking, the waterfalls in Kravice are just fantastic and the people are incredibly nice. The tour lasts all day and you are ko in the evening, but what you get to see compensates for everything. I highly recommend the tour!! Thank you
