I had an amazing experience on my 4 day tour. Travel Store Turkey took care of EVERYTHING! It was so seamless and well organized. All transportation, flights, tickets, entrance fees, hotels, tours, lunches… everything! They sent me an itinerary ahead of time with all the details, too. The hotels they booked were all wonderful, nice hotels. So glad I booked this tour, totally worth it!
Did a 4 day package tour from Istanbul to Cappadocia and Pumakkale with Travel Store. They organised it all. We had a great time. It was well organised, great locations, awesome tour guides and hotels with lunch included. We went with 2 kids and they loved it too. The sightseeing and locations are amazing especially the cave hotel in Cappadocia. Travel store organised and coordinated and managed everything, all we had to do was enjoy the tour. They are easy to communicate and available at all times. We had a small issue at start which was resolved straightaway. I highly recommend them. Five stars all the way..compared to others they are also value for money. Thanks Travel Store

It was a once in a lifetime experience. It is truly a luxury to travel hassle free as we did for those four days. I will always remember these moments spent with the ones dear to me. Not having to think about the whats, hows and whens allowed us to fully enjoy our trip which was really well organized. The travel agence made our family holidays such a wonderful and easy going trip! We had an equilibrium between outdoor activités ( horse-air ballon, walking etc) , nature, history, UNESCO sites, … everyone in our family had a grest Time ( one teen, three young adults 18-20 and 2 parents)

These was one of the best tours I have scheduled. The agency tailored my pick up and final dropped locations. The staff was very good. You will be tired if you desire to do the Hot Air Balloon but is worthy!!! Make sure tou try the Turkish Nights dinner, is a very unique experience too. A good one if you like to cherish and love other cultures as we do.

Let me start by praising the guides I had on this four day tour. There were two different guides on the two days in Cappadocia (April 14-15), both well informed with excellent language skills. For the days in Ephesus and Pamukkale (April 16-17) we had one guide, Mert, who was exeptional. He gave us a lot of information and history distributed in bite-sized amounts over the days. He kept us all on track and kept the mood light and fun. The locations were stunning both naturally and historically. The hotels were excellent. I had a problem at the end with the pick up and return to my hotel in Istanbul so I had to make my own arrangments, but the Turkish operator, Travel Store Turkey, has authorized a repayment of my expensses to that is fine. The only thing I might add - although it did not detract from the enjoyment of the trip - is that the logistical organization of these trips locally means that people who booked internationally with various outfits, in my case Viator, end up together. That means that whatever description of the trip they may have had from the agent they booked with, will not necessary be exactly what they get. The highlights will be the same but details may not be. For example, my booking included a visit to the İsa Bey Mosque on the day in Ephasus. This did not happen. There was also a commitment that the group would be maximum 15 people, but on the day to Pammukale we went in a large touring bus that was packed. Even afer Spanish speakers split off in a small van, we remained with some 25 people in the big bus the rest of the day. Again, these things did not meaningfully detract from the wonderful trip, but it is useful for others to understand that local logistical juggling can mean some things will not be exactly as advertised (though the highlights were all covered). Its important to go with a flexible mindset!
Polite and Professional tour guides along as well as safe, pleasant drivers. I would recommend a private tour rather than a group tour so you can arrange the time table to your convenience. With the tour group, your time is wasted on picking up all group members before the start of tour. The company organized this well. The driver at airport in Cappadocia failed to have my name listed on passenger list for pick-up. The shuttle company coordinators at the airport settled the matter by contacting the tour company for me.

Amazing coordination from city to city switch over by the travel agent from day 1 to end.... Hotels was very good for families including food items. Always smile from the staff and they were polite as well ( including loading and unloading of our luggages ). Overall they have done a customer delight service for us. Well done
