Our tour guide Sean was great and all ice cream was good. My only complaint is the location of one of the stops bc they didn't have any of their flavors out for us to try. They said that they were cleaning and that they just didn't have it thawed enough to scoop right then, do I'm not sure how often that happens, but we were a little disappointed with that. So as long as Polly Ann ice cream is off the list, you should be good!!

We completely understand the disappointment with Polly Ann. During your visit, only about half of their flavors were available to sample while the rest of their lineup was still being prepared, so it wasn’t quite the experience we normally expect at that stop.

Awesome and informative
Keanna was a fantastic tour guide who gave us in depth information about each location, pointed out historic landmarks along the way, and answered any questions we had. I loved ending at the ferry building!

Tastiest Walk I’ve Ever Taken
Loved this experience! It was nice to get a little walk through the city as well as tasting ice cream flavors I might not have tried before. The guide was so friendly and had good tips!

Warm, inviting, a fun and delicious tour!
Keanna is a great tour guide, she had a lot of information about the ice cream shops we went to and about the history of the city. She was very considerate about the pace of the tour to make sure everyone was ready to go to the next stop and having a good time.

My daughter and I booked the San Francisco Ice Cream Tour and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Our guide, Sean, was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about both ice cream and San Francisco.
We visited four different ice cream shops, and what made this tour stand out was that we got to sample flavors before choosing our own full scoop at each stop. It felt like the perfect mix of adventure and indulgence, and my daughter loved getting to taste so many unique flavors.
Between stops, Sean shared fascinating stories about San Francisco, the neighborhoods we were walking through, and the history behind the local businesses. It never felt like a lecture—more like exploring the city with a friend who knew all the best stories.
What I expected to be a fun ice cream outing turned into a memorable afternoon filled with laughs, great conversation, amazing treats, and quality time with my daughter. Watching her excitement at each new stop made the experience even more special.
