Oscar! Thank you very much for the service and patience of the drivers! My friends especially want to thank the driver of the afternoon, he was especially nice with them! And the one of the night too, had all the patience in the world! Thank you for the trust and recommended services 100%
Gracias por tus amables palabras. Se las hago llegar a los conductores.
Stay AWAY! Our person said she was NOT a tour guide; she was a DRIVER! We had no clue where we went, m7fht as well, took a taxi. She stayed on her phone the entire time. No conversation, no name, no insight! Then she had the nerve to have her hand out for a TIP! Right! My tip is to run towards a real tour company... Make sure whoever is driving knows enough to at least be able to say something about where you are at!
Hello, First of all, we are truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that this service is designed as a private transfer with a driver, intended to offer flexibility and comfort around the city, but it does not include a licensed tour guide to provide detailed commentary along the way. We fully understand your disappointment if this was not clear before booking. Regarding the driver’s attitude, we sincerely apologize if her behavior came across as unprofessional. This is not the standard of service we aim to deliver, and we will review what happened internally to ensure it does not happen again. We genuinely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the experience for future guests.
Driver /guide Toki was a real pro . Very professional , good driver/ guide and a hard worker . We felt lucky and safe under the care of Toki.
Thank you for your kind words, I send them to our driver Toqeer. Have a good day.
Joan was wonderful! He was professional, attentive to all of us. His service was the best we have had on out 15 day trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better driver/guide
Thank you for your nice words, just send them to Joan too.
This was an amazing tour. The driver was not a “guide” per se as that is not what we requested. We were a large family of 16 people who wanted a driver to show them the city for the day. Our driver did just that. Although he wasn’t considered a “guide,” he had numerous recommendations for places to see. The bus was cool and comfortable and the driver was extremely accommodating. I would definitely book this tour again with this company. It was top notch service.
Thanks for your nice words Krystal, I share them with the team.
Outstanding experience!! Our party of 15 was treated to a wonderful half-day tour of beautiful Barcelona by Joan! Joan was extremely friendly and professional. He explained the beautiful features of the city. His love for Barcelona was apparent! His enthusiasm was contagious. We cannot wait to return to Barcelona and will certainly book again! Thank you for an amazing experience, Joan!!
Thank you for your nice words. I send them quickly to Joan.
Amazing service throughout from clear and prompt communications with Oscar and the tour itself with Jordi for our group of 8 family and friends with an age range of 21 to 89! Pick up from the airport with a tour of Barcelona including various sightseeing stops and a tour of La Sagrada before heading to the cruise terminal all as arranged. We also arranged for a pick up on our return from the cruise terminal back to the airport the following weekend at short notice despite it being the F1 weekend - and they were so accommodating even allowing for our mistake as we needed another drop off in another terminal! We couldn’t fault anything and were so impressed with eh level of professionalism and courtesy throughout. Absolutely top class. Would recommend without hesitation and will definitely use again when back in Barcelona. Thank you so much Oscar and Jordi - perfect!
Thank you Matthew for your nice words, I pass them to Jordi too. I'm happy that you enjoy your visit in Barcelona.
It is a very serious and punctual company, we loved booking with them, very easy reservation process, they are there at the appointed time, super spacious car
Gracias por tus amables palabras.
It was okay!! Not what I expected because you guys send just a driver not a real guide, too much money for just a driver, we when to 2 locations en 3 hours, it’s a lie that they will take to 6 different locations on 4 hours, never again with this app.
Hello, I'm sorry to hear that, we don't offer tour guides, I don't know why you expected it. You rented the vehicle with a driver to take you where you want, it depends on how many time you spend in each attraction that leads to visit more or less things.
We took this service round trip to andorra. Amazing cars and drivers 10/10 would recommend. It was perfect.
Thank you for your kind words, hope to see you again.
