Extremely professional travel company. We were very well taken care of by Leslie. He is a most thoughtful person, he missed nothing, and he forgot nothing. Once he took over our Zimbabwe trip, everything moved super smoothly. It was a whole lot of fun, with zero stress. Most importantly, they provided outside-work-hours on-call support to solve problems during other parts of our journey that we were doing without Bonisa. Note: The tour we wanted wasn't exactly available on TripAdvisor, we wanted to do their Matopos -> Hwange -> Vic Falls tour, but in reverse, and wanted to add Great Zimbabwe National Monument and a transfer to Harare International Airport. Very quick response, provided lots of options, gave tips on how to bring our costs down. Created a custom itinerary for us.
