We had an incredible tour of Tijuca National Park with Gabriel! He was as stoked to be there as we were, and clearly knew the ecosystem inside and out. The tour had everything you could ask for: a hike to breathtaking views of Rio, a swim in one of the most stunning waterfalls we've ever seen, and time exploring a huge cave. The whole experience felt authentic and local, and was truly unique for me and my friends. His pacing, presence, and professionalism were unmatched. Worth every penny!

Exploring Tijuca Forest with Gabriel was definitely one of the highlights of my time in Rio!
Awesome experience with Gabriel!!
We spent the day discovering beautiful trails, waterfalls, caves and some incredible viewpoints, and Gabriel made the whole experience even better. He knows the forest extremely well and shared so many interesting things about the nature, the history and Rio along the way.
What I appreciated most was how relaxed and genuine the experience felt. It never felt like a standard tourist tour — more like discovering a special side of Rio with someone who truly knows and loves the city.
Gabriel is friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and makes you feel completely comfortable from the beginning. I had an amazing day and would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone who wants to discover Rio beyond the usual tourist spots.

A truly amazing day
We had the most amazing day with Gabriel. It was the absolute highlight of our trip to Rio. Gabriel was amazing, so knowledgeable and completely tailored the tour around my two children. He really went above and beyond what I expected. The national park was so stunning, it was a true privilege to be there. Thank you again Gabriel, you were excellent.

Amazing!

best tours of the river
It was a very beautiful experience! Gabriel is a very polite and professional guide. He talked about the plant species and the animals we saw during the tour. It was a small group, which made the tour much more personalized. I recommend this experience to everyone who comes to visit Rio de Janeiro! Not only the trails, but also the surf class — it was all very cool!

More than just an experience, One Caioca Day puts you directly in contact with the fauna and flora of Rio de Janeiro, making the true meaning of being in this marvelous city even more apparent.
