I think this a great price to rent an electric bike for four hours. I had never ridden one before but it was easy to operate. We went to the falls. There was a lot of construction so we were unclear on the way a few times but we made it , it was a great adventure and getting back was easy. The weather was a bit chilly and Windy. Electric bike made it possible!

Great bikes. - great service. We did a self tour to the falls - was a bit tricky to not get lost - but the guy at the shop gave us excellent directions.

Fabulous half day bike ride to Montmorency Falls. Offered a different perspective to the city experience, with a great and knowledgeable local guide. Highly recommend. We originally booked self-guided option but somehow tipped into the guided one ( for a few more $$$) and it was a great decision.

Lovely receptionist but options for rides was limited to two, and bike was underwhelming. The throttle didn’t work.
Bonjour, I am sorry the experience was not up to your standard. Most of the bike paths of Québec City are along the Saint-Lawrence River. We are limited to those in our suggestion. We actually disconnect the throttle on our bikes. The law in Canada makes it a gray area regarding the usage of throttle, which is why all of our bikes are pedal assist first. We also disconnect them as most of the injuries on our bikes are caused by a bad usage of the throttle. We feel it is safer and abide by the laws of our City by disconnecting it. On request, we sometime reconnect it, but most of the time, we disconnect it. Again, I apologize that the experience was not up to your standard.
Very friendly people. Great bikes and suggested routes, all on good bike paths. Wish we’d had a chance to go again. Highly recommended.

One of the electric bikes didn't work properly and the very helpful and friendly staff insisted on refunding us for that bike rental.

The prices are very reasonable and the bike trail was easy to navigate. It is especially good for beginners because you are on a bike trial and not heavily congested traffic areas. We did the two hour trail which was enough time along the St Lawrence river.

The map handed out should have more detail, I.E. the street names. It was hard to tell where you were without street names on the map. Also, I thought I’d signed up for a group ride with a leader directing the way, but it was actually a bike rental and they give you a map of the city with trails. (The map was the itinerary, haha).

Very friendly and helpful staff. We wanted to bike to the Montmorency Falls. The staff gave us great directions. The e-bikes were in excellent shape.
