Nice Overview of Rome
Irene is very knowledgeable about Rome and did a good job of tailoring my tour to lesser known sites since I have previously visited Rome several times

Irene was very...
Irene was very knowledgeable and thorough. We enjoyed having her as our guide. However, at the beginning of the tour, she dropped us at the catacombs for a 50 min tour we didnt know anything about. It cut into the rest of our tour and I was not happy about that all. We felt the catacombs was far too long and it rushed us for the other scheduled stops. I wouldnt do that again. We picked the tour for the places, the catacombs stop was unexpected. Since it was the beginning, we thought it was a quick stop. Not until we were there did we know we had to buy tickets, go into caves and it was 50 mins long. She assured us it wouldnt cut into our tour, it absolutely did and we were rushed the rest of the time. Annoying.
事業者からの返答
Dear Angela, thank you for your update and for acknowledging Irene's extensive knowledge and thoroughness. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed her company as your guide. Regarding the stop at the catacombs, we would like to gently clarify that Irene explicitly asked at the very beginning of the tour if you would be interested in visiting them, and you agreed to the stop. Since the catacombs require a guided group visit inside, the timing is unfortunately fixed by the site's administration. To ensure this visit did not cut into your scheduled itinerary, Irene actually extended your total tour time by an extra 20 minutes. She did her absolute best to make sure you still visited every single planned stop on the route without missing anything. We are truly sorry if this addition made the rest of the day feel rushed rather than enriched, as that was never our intention. We always strive to adapt our tours to our clients' wishes in real time. Thank you again for your valuable feedback, which helps us refine how we communicate timing and itineraries with our guests. Best regards, roberto

Positive Experiences with Viator in Several Countries
Driver/guide Irene was very knowledgeable, supportive and informative about her city. Our group of 6 thoroughly enjoyed her professionalism and narratives about the different sites we visited. She pointed out unique details about each site and ensured we visited as many notable sites as possible. I highly recommend Viator. I have experienced their exceptional service in Tahiti, Athens and Rome. I will be sure to explore their offerings in other countries before any other touring service. Their professional, caring personal touch is outstanding!

Fantastic Tour w/ Irene
My tour of Rome was nothing short of spectacular, all thanks to my incredible guide, Irene! From the very beginning, her energy, passion, and deep knowledge of the city brought Rome's rich history to life. She didn’t just repeat facts; she told captivating stories that made the ancient ruins and beautiful streets feel alive. Irene was professional, engaging, friendly, and went out of her way to make sure our group had the best possible experience. We were a party of 6 which included 4 children. Thanks to her, I saw Rome in a way I will never forget. If you are planning a trip to Rome, do yourself a huge favor and book a tour with Irene—she is the absolute best!

It is great if you will spend two days in Rome. Or you want specifically see some places like I did. We didn’t want to go to the Coliseum or the Vatican so our guide took us to three special places instead, Churches I wanted to see. She waited for us and the car was nice and cool. It’s also great to escape the heat. Actually our guide even waited for an hour because for us because we wanted to go to the top of the St.Peter’s Basilica Dome. It was great! Accomplished many places on my bucket list! Comfortably.
