If I could give George 10 stars, I would. Our journey to the Masai Mara was delayed multiple times due to personal reasons and last-minute visa issues on the day of our flight. Throughout all of this, George was incredibly kind, honest, and flexible—holding our deposit money across nearly a year until we could finally make the trip in June 2026. When we finally arrived, the trip was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The guide was highly experienced, the hotel choices were excellent, and the itinerary was seamless. Before booking, I inquired with 7 or 8 different operators, and George was by far the most economical without compromising on quality. If you want a trustworthy, accommodating, and top-tier tour operator, look no further than George! Thanks a ton for putting up with us.

STAY AWAY FROM RIGHT CHOICE SAFARI - SCAM!!! We paid everything in full before our trip, but when we arrived at the masai Mara national park the park fee was not paid. George called us and asked if we could pay, and he would reimburse us in a couple of days. It has now been 3 months and I have not received my reimbursement. We had the most amazing guide, Kasaine and had a wonderful trip. So I fint it very sad that it had to end this way.

We had a really great safari with the family. But beware of what happened to us! Like everyone else, we had paid in advance. When we arrived at one of the parks where we were supposed to stay, they hadn’t paid the park fee. We were asked to pay on site, with the promise that we would be reimbursed immediately. That still hasn’t happened, even though it’s been almost three months. It’s about $1,000 that we’ve effectively paid twice. We have now chosen to report this operator to the police. So be careful with this clearly unprofessional and dishonest company. We had an absolutely fantastic guide, whom I recommend to everyone I meet—but not with Right Choice Safaris behind them.

This Safari was a unique experience that everyone should live! The number of days was right for us to be able to experience everything without being too tiring, because the distances between the parks are very large and the trips become exhausting. However, it is worth the effort to experience the true power of nature, the calm and respect for wildlife! From the beginning that our guide, James, was impeccable. Always super punctual, explained everything about the trip, how we were going to work as a team to have the best experience. An exemplary driver who gave us safety and protection throughout the journey! Super hardworking and dedicated to making us happy! He suggested we change the program and one day we left in the morning to go see a lion before breakfast, it was not his obligation and once again demonstrated his goodwill and dedication for providing us with the best experience. It was a dream made reality, as we saw the Big 5, the migration of Gnus and zebras, a hunt of leopards to a gnu, two lions reproducing... pure nature alive! Thanks to James, his effort all day through the park, we were able to have a more complete experience than we imagined. We are very grateful to him!

The service form right choice from scoping through to execution was just amazing. We wanted a few things tailored and wanted things added like pick ups in Niarobi as well as specific accommodations nothing was too much trouble itinerary pricing and all of this was really clear. The actual safari it self we had Jacob who was just a machine when it came to game driving and getting us the best spots we saw all the big five and much more. He wasn’t just great and finding the game but his explanations and history was so inspiring. I cannot recommend this team enough !

This was one of the most memorable tours we have ever taken, and RightChoice and our guide Joshua, in particular, did a splendid job making sure we got to see and experience everything we’d hoped for. Joshua seems to know everybody and is excellent at spotting animals and getting us right to the action, without hurrying things. The only reason why I’m not giving a 5 stars is because of an issue with the tipping guidelines. We tried to follow the tipping guidelines on the Safari Choice website for tipping the guide, then found it was out-of-date and had to fix our tip. We brought this to the attention of RightChoice, was told they’d fix it, but it hadn’t been fixed even a month later despite a reminder. The website also says the jeep has a guidebook, but that also no longer seems to be true. All that said, we highly recommend RightChoice but just wish they’d update their FAQ.

An amazing Safari in Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru, where we got to see everything we had hoped for! A huge part of what made the day so special was our guide, Opany. He was absolutely fantastic — knowledgeable, professional, and so kind. He made us feel completely comfortable and safe throughout the entire journey. His experience and kindness allowed us to fully enjoy and immerse ourselves in the experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide or a more memorable safari. Thank you, Opany, for making it so perfect — we’ll treasure these memories forever!

We loved our Safari!! We had an amazing experience with Opany, the BEST and most experienced guide in Kenya!! We could see all the big 5, over and over again, and we felt very safe and confortable during our trip! We would certainly recommend the Safari with Right Choice!

Right Choice was truly the right choice for us as we had a wonderful safari in Kenya, getting to see all Big 5 and so much more! Our guide was Opany and he was simply amazing!!! With over 25 years of experience, he is very wise, professional, easy to get along and with a superb eyesight to catch every animal from a great distance. :-)
