I traveled with Baobab for a tour in Cappadocia. After a low-cost flight served by Pegasus, we were welcomed into great confusion outside the airport; they were trying to group us together while waiting for all the arriving flights, they left us waiting for more than an hour and then accompanied us after a 2-hour bus ride to the hotel in Istanbul. At the hotel, we were not greeted by anyone; only the next day did the guide, Burdan, show up, who was very good, attentive, and prepared. Throughout the week, the hotels were not up to expectations, with tiny rooms, mediocre services and meals, and poor, low-quality food. Lunches were almost all buffet-style with dishes that had been ready who knows how long. Stop in Izmir was useless, horrible city and poor hotel. In Cappadocia, the hot air balloon excursion was unforgettable, the jeep one was fun, bus transfers were good, and the driver was careful and prepared. Tiring tour due to the many trips and wake-up times....

Excellent structure, very modern and pleasant, with very comfortable and spacious rooms, very large breakfast room divided into various sectors, food of all kinds and excellent quality. Very friendly and helpful staff, good value for money. Great location in the city center just a few meters from the metro and trains to the airport with a car rental location in front of it. Very positive experience to recommend for those who decide to go to visit this very nice and tidy city.

Would not recommend. A man arrived at the hotel lobby over an hr late , walked out of the hotel and proceeded to call a taxi. Spent 10 mins negotiating with the taxi guy, my luggage and I were pushed into the taxi and driven to the airport . During this time no one spoke a word of English or clarified the situation for me as I was concerned that I would miss my flight. Truly a horrible experience.

Our driver was waiting for us on time and although he could not speak English he communicated using a translator app on his phone which was great fun as sometimes the translation was not quite right. Would definitely use again
