Having been on TA since 2013, I've never seen a tour company with 50+ consecutive 5-Star reviews. Having traveled with Bhutan Best Inbound Tour on this four day tour, I can attest this high average score is well-deserved. Over several months, I worked with "Thinley," Bhutan Best Inbound's manager/owner, to adjust this four-day tour to our liking. We communicated by WhatsApp & email. Thinley was always timely and complete in his responses to my questions. The process and charges for the Bhutan visa; hotel; and other items were transparent and 'as expected.' Our guide was "Tax" who was deeply knowledgeable about his country; attentive to our requests; and intuitive to our needs. Tax has an encyclopedic knowledge of Bhutanese history and Buddhism. As we hiked the trail to Tiger's Nest Temple, he and I had some fascinating conversations on the Bhutanese take on international affairs. Our driver was "Chimi" who did an excellent job negotiating Bhutan's curvy roads. In addition to being professional in their "day jobs," both gentlemen were geninely interesting and fun to be around. More so than other guides we've traveled with, both were willing to discuss daily Bhutanese life, as they saw it, with richness and nuance that few other guides, in my experience, have provided. We enjoyed the lodging provided by Bhutan Best as well as th "hot stone bath" experience after the Tiger's Nest hike. For dinners, we recommend that clients request "Indian food," which we found more interesting than the Western fare initially served. My wife, two teens, and I ended our trip with a deep appreciation of Bhutan's culture, history, and its people. We highly recommend Bhutan Best Inbound Tour and Tax and Chimi, in particular.

This trip was very well organized. The guide Karma was knowledgeable about the Bhutan culture and Bhutanese Buddhism. He also organized the four day tour in a flexible manner. In Thimphu there was a mayor election and visits to places needed to be organized properly. The driver Kinley was very fanny and e drove very happily. The whole trip was very satisfactory and I highly recommend this company.

I loved this experience. From the moment I landed, I was welcomed by my two guides. Though I am mostly a solo traveler, I could not have asked for two better guides for my whirlwind Bhutan experience. Namgay and Tenzin were fast friends throughout my time there. They made my experience.

Our 4-night, 5-day Bhutan inbound tour visiting Paro, Thimphu, and Tiger’s Nest was an unforgettable experience. The absolute highlight was the hike to Tiger’s Nest Monastery — an incredible journey with breathtaking views and a truly special atmosphere that made the effort completely worthwhile. A memorable part of the trip was also staying near a monastery at Gaselo Eco Lodge, which offered a peaceful setting and a wonderful glimpse into Bhutan’s serene lifestyle. What truly made this trip exceptional were our guide Karma and our driver Namgay. Over the course of the journey they became more like friends than just a guide and driver. Karma was an outstanding guide — incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and passionate about sharing Bhutan’s history, traditions, and Buddhist culture. He explained everything in a very engaging and accessible way, and always took the time to answer our questions and make sure we truly understood the significance of the places we visited. Namgay was much more than a driver — he was warm, engaging, and often shared his own perspectives and experiences about life and culture in Bhutan, which made our conversations during the drives just as interesting as the sightseeing. Together, Karma and Namgay created a relaxed and friendly atmosphere that made the whole journey feel very personal and authentic. We also want to highlight how fantastic the company and its owner were. Communication was excellent from the very beginning, and everything was organised seamlessly — from visas and flights to a fully customised private tour that suited us perfectly. It made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable from start to finish. Thanks to Karma, Namgay, and the whole team, we didn’t just see Bhutan — we truly connected with it. Highly recommended!

My wife and I traveled to Bhutan for 5 days, visiting Thimphu, Punakha, and Paro. We booked through Bhutan Best Inbound Tour, and looking back, it was absolutely the right choice. Pre-trip communication was quick and reassuring, and the itinerary covered everything we had hoped to see at a comfortable pace. It's not the cheapest option, but the quality speaks for itself. Our guide Pema and driver Inda were both very professional. Pema's knowledge of Bhutanese culture, history, and religion added real depth to every site we visited. Inda's driving on the winding mountain roads was so smooth that my wife, who usually struggles with carsickness, had no problems at all. They were also wonderfully flexible. Whenever we wanted to try local food, explore a street, or browse a shop, they were happy to accommodate. We even got to attend a local festival that happened to fall during our trip, thanks to them adjusting the schedule for us. The trekking and temple visits were the highlights of the trip. But what made this experience truly memorable was the warmth and professionalism of Pema and Inda. This was truly one of the most meaningful experiences of our lives.

Great experience. It's noy only about visiting places, but being part of them. The tour offer many situations where you are un active participant, as candle offering, meditation with monks, blessings in monasteries, and, of course, Tiger' nest climbing. Furthermore, they offer according to your choices typical clothes to wear, traditional baths, archery... you can always ask for other things. Excellents guide and driver, Karma Tobden and Choda, always helpful and trying to improve your experience and caring about your desires. Full knowledge of life, culture and religion. Even a representative came to ask and to bring some nice presents, some of them to be used in some blessings. Thanks to all of them for their interesy and effort and for offering such an unforgettable memory.

We had an amazing experience in Bhutan, and our guide LT made it truly unforgettable. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and his explanations were always clear, interesting, and easy to understand. Thanks to him, the whole trip became such a special experience. The tour was also very flexible and always happy to accommodate any requests, which made us feel very comfortable throughout the journey. If I visit Bhutan again, I would definitely want them to be my guide again. This trip made me fall in love with Bhutan even more. I highly recommend LT to anyone looking for a wonderful and memorable experience.

It was a very peaceful and relaxing tour and truly a wonderful experience. My guide, Kinley, was very knowledgeable about Bhutan’s history and culture, and he was always flexible and accommodating to my needs. The driver, Dorji, was also very attentive and thoughtful. He often arranged the seats and prepared water for me, which made the journey very comfortable. I highly recommend Bhutan Best Inbound Tour.

I had the most amazing experience in Bhutan organised by Mr Thinley of Best Bhutan Inbound Tours. He listened to our wishes and arranged a great itinerary starting with the colourful festival at Panakha and ending with the hike to Tiger’s Nest. In between we lit butter lamps, hung peace flags, visited temples and experienced the amazing Dotsho, the traditional hot stones bath. This was just what was needed after the hike to Tiger’s Nest. Our guide Pema was wonderful. He had a great knowledge of all the places we visited and went above and beyond to make our tour enjoyable. I had been recommended to visit the Choki Traditional School for the Arts which wasn’t on our itinerary . This was no problem for Pema who made it happen. He was full of information and answered all our questions about Bhutan and gave us an even greater appreciation for this special country. He also had a great sense of humour which just made our adventure in Bhutan even more enjoyable. Thukten, our driver, got us everywhere on time and very safely. He kindly helped me on the hike to Tiger’s Nest by carrying my back pack. Pema and Thukten made a perfect team and I can’t thank them enough. I absolutely loved our experience of Bhutan.
