My family and I travel a lot, and by far this has been the best experience that I have had in several years. It’s so great to be able to customise the experience, make changes based on weather and what your family is looking for. We toured the traditional temple and garden but then wanted a traditional foot massage and do some shopping. Wing was amazing with knowledge, English and adaptability.

Over the course of four hours, she walked us through all the must‑see spots in downtown Shanghai, sharing deep historical knowledge and answering every question we threw her way.
