I had a wonderful private four-hour Osaka tour with Terumi. She was very knowledgeable, and because Osaka is her hometown, she knew exactly how to help me make the most of my time. We moved quickly between trains and explored many sights on foot, fitting so much into four hours. There was lots of walking and train-hopping, but it was absolutely worth it! Terumi was friendly, organized, and an excellent guide. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to experience as much of Osaka as possible in a short time.

Very uncoordinated pick up communication…. asked to be picked up from hotel months in advance… yet they left me stranded. Missed tour altogether so had to book elsewhere…

Kevin was very knowledgeable and able to explain the history and culture really well. We took the metro from point to point. The tour was very organized. We got to see the highlights of the city which was great. Kevin also knew great places for photos and for shade. Only downside was walking in the heat but not much can be done about the weather. I would recommend fans and umbrellas if going in the summer.

Javier was an incredible guide who showed us the best of Osaka. His way of explaining things in such a human manner taught us much more than just the surface of Osaka. At every moment, he took the opportunity to teach us about Japanese culture and its traditions.

Bryan was informative and entertaining, and provided interesting tidbits on all the places we visited. Even at touristy spots like Osaka Castle, he took us to less-known areas for better photos and recommended great food options. Since we were the only ones on the tour, he customized everything to our pace and preferences. It was so nice to just follow along and not worry about finding places or navigating public transportation. Highly recommend if you want a stress-free, personalized intro to Osaka. Bryan made it easy and fun.

An amazing tour with Bryan. Everything about the tour was brilliant. The tour guide's knowledge was amazing, although it's a walking tour, Bryan knew all the tricks to skip the stairs on a hot day. Also appreciated only stopping at good toilet stops. Highly recommended

We had an excellent tour of the Osaka Castle, Shinseki and Dotonburi District. Tommy was a knowledgeable and very friendly guide. As a non-native guide, he shared some Japanese etiquette, which helped us understand how to be good guests while traveling in Japan. His passion for the country was contagious and really enhanced our tour. We covered a lot of territory on this walking tour and enjoyed taking the subway system. I definitely recommend booking with Pinpoint Traveler!
