温かみのあるフレンドリーな雰囲気の中で、アルゼンチン料理の魔法を堪能しましょう。かき混ぜたり、刻んだり、煮込んだりと、メンドーサのレストランでは味わえないつながりに満ちた忘れられない夜を過ごしましょう。 ここでは、人気のワインに舌鼓を打ちながら、アルゼンチンの味を中心とした7つの料理レシピを学びます。 私のアパートで落ち合い、地元のお菓子をつまみながらバーマスカクテルを飲み、料理にとりかかります！ クラスは3時間ほどで、料理、社交、食事、そして正直言っておそらくこぼれ話と笑いで構成されています！ 前菜2品、メイン1品、サイド1品、デザート1品、そして私がソムリエとして働いている近くのワイナリーのワインを飲む飲み放題（必要に応じてノンアルコールドリンクもご用意しています）の計7品を調理して食べます。 クラスが終わったら、メンドーサでの信じられないような夜の残りに、お腹いっぱいに、そしておそらく新しい友達と一緒に探検できるでしょう！

We had a great time cooking with David and Rosi! We enjoyed two favorite local cocktails and a wonderful Malbec while we made three different kinds of empanadas with multiple folding techniques. The beef empanadas were really flavorful, and we loved the empanada caprese “baskets“. The provoleto was a nice addition. The wine and herb marinated steak was really tender, and we put together an amazing chimichurri sauce.! All the dishes were a hit with my family! All of this we did with full active participation in a really warm atmosphere. It was a wonderful evening and we would definitely cook with them again! You won’t be disappointed.

It felt incredibly authentic, like being invited into a friend’s kitchen rather than a tourist attraction. We had the best time learning to cook and the food was delicious, and David spoke perfect English, which made learning the techniques much easier.
