The app was difficult to use. The app was glitchy. Good information on app. App a little bit confusion to navigate.
I paid for a visit for two people, I only received one visit code so for one phone
Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, our digital tour comes with one access code that can be used by all participants booked together. In your case, the single code covered both people. This is also mentioned in your confirmation email, and we’ll continue making this clearer for future guests.
The Acropolis is magnificent. The guide with the reconstructions helped us understand its architecture.
You think you buy tickets to that is not so. You just buy some 3D tour. Admission is not included.
What i lived most was the freedom to explore at my own pace with the app. The reconstructions were incredible and really brought the archaeological site to life. It was a nice visit

Don’t buy - totally no need - go look at the site - read the info that’s available for free - if you want more info on it - go crack a Google - your phone dies - boring and too long - info you won’t retain - as boring as watching paint dry

We had the app for the Acropolis. I thought the app was great very informative. Made bypassing tour groups very easy while still learning about the archeological areas and historical stuff. I recommend it but would suggest if you are on a cruise ship, download the app and content before you leave home or on cellular. Even with ships wifi it was a little tough to download, but downloaded really well on cellular only.

Waste of money . Once the app is open in your cell, it doesn’t let you continue until you repurchase the same service you’ve already paid to Viator
