Great experience. The tour was very interesting and the guide was very knowledgeable and professional. A great tour!

Fantastic couple of hours, the view from the building is fantastic. Our guide was lovely its was his first tour and he nailed it. The information given was very interesting. The short film you see is beautiful. I even took his picture.

Fabulous tour with our excellent guide, Shannon. Excellent views across the city, and not at all strenuous climbing all those stairs from the 10th floor upwards, as we had several stops along the way. The immersive video experience in the clock room was very good, but probably worth doing a walking tour of the city first so that you can appreciate all the images in the display.

really fun, informative and interesting. well worth the money. there’s breaks between each flight of stairs and a opportunity to have a 10 minute sit down and watch a really great movie in the clock tower. we were in there for about an hour and ten minutes. unbelievable views from the clock face to the top of the building. when we went there was just my mum and i and another couple so it was very nice and intimate. caitlin was a very friendly, funny and knowledgeable tour guide very glad we were on her tour. would recommend 10/10 experience.

Booked in advance directly for the afternoon at 4 p.m. on the day of our arrival in Liverpool, it was the optimal start. Nice little exhibition, super guides, and enough time at all viewpoints.

Thoughly enjoyed the experience, the guide was well versed in the the building and made it very enjoyable.

The tour is brilliant from start to finish, pleasant check in at the desk, plus the history of the building coupled with the physical ascending of it whilst learning its story is really good. The tour guide Ellen was outstanding in how she related the many facts associated with this historic building and this set the tone for the tour. Many things learned and the views have to be seen.

This was a nice way to view the city from 15 stories up. We had a great sunny day and could see for miles. The stairs were not too bad but be mindful it does take an effort. Sitting inside the working clock tower, we watched a video projection on the walls. Overall a nice time.

Been to Liverpool lots of times and loved looking at the Liver. The entrance was easy to find, very friendly welcome and lots to keep you interested while waiting for tour to begin. Guide was excellent, explained everything and was very knowledgeable. Would totally recommend.
