Hello Claudius, Our guides in San Cristóbal have informed us of the situation that occured on the day of the excursion, first we must say that the excursion did take place, but for safety reasons, since the tide was very strong that day, it was only done until certain point. All the participants who were on the boat understood the situation, agreed and enjoyed the excursion. Second, our guide contacted you and wanted to take care of you since you were not comfortable, but you only wanted a full refund of the excursion, something that we could not offer since the excursion was given. Third, the issue with the weather was beyond us, we are in an area where most of the year is good to visit, but unfortunately the weather is unpredictable and the tide can become very strong at any moment. Our guides cannot leave passengers adrift, which indicates that leaving you an hour abandoned at sea is impossible since it´s law at the islands. What interests us as providers of tourist services is that more people come to know this incredible place that is the Galapagos and leaving passengers abandoned would not only go against this, but it would be so harmful, since we always ensure the safety of our passengers.

We are sorry you were not able to appreciate more of the fauna, you traveled during a great season and the weather is usually very nice & you are able to see animals, but this situation is out of our control. If the tour guide mentioned that you could see them it's because you usually can during this time, like we stated before. Hello! The 360 Full Day Tour main attraction is the snorkeling activity in the several points mentioned in our itinerary. The fishing activity mentioned on your review depends on different factors (time, traveleres requests, etc). We still hope you had a great time in Galápagos :)
