Even after confirmation of payment and a seat for the Jet Boat Adventure, no clear instructions of where to meet. The address stated there was a very broad area, and we had to go around asking. The jet boat ride of 30mins is about right, because after the first few minutes, the rest of the trip is quite the same. I must say the boat driver tried her best to hype things up a bit, but after a while, there is just so much you can do.
Awesome experience, our driver Josh was absolutely fantastic with our 6yr old son. Would definitely do it again. Thank so much.

We did this ride for the first time. Initially we were kind of nervous but once we got settled and enjoyed the ride.

Super convenient location in the centre of Queenstown and really fun! Our captain Chris was a hoot, his playlist was excellent (great vibe for high speed shenanigans) and the whole experience was amazing. Boat was comfortable and very fast.

amazing experience, would defiantly do it again but the tripadvisor website had the default currency for the price was in usd and i didn't know till after i brought it and when i tried to change it to nzd it was very hard to change and it wasn't working. good views. staff was very good, helped us get in and out of the boat.

If you're interested in a complete sensory overload experience, then this is the ticket for you! From the loud music, exhiliarating speed, great scenery, wind in your hair and face and the anticipation for the next on water "spin"... what's there not to like... The assistants in the check in were terrific when I had a minor issue with a quick upgrade to a 1 hour trip... fantastic customer service! Lastly, if you can try and get Pedro as your driver. You won't regret it!

Disappointing as there is no fallback re poor weather. Our trip was in the rain and travelling nearly 100km/hr it made for a very uncomfortable time for both of us. Put simply the rain stings both your eyes and face. You virtually have to keep your eyes closed and hide your face behind your hands. The only bright point, I’m glad I didn’t have to endure the 60min trip and $.
