We had a great time, friendly & helpful staff, fun captain, felt safe the entire time … exhilarating ride. Would love to do again, if we’re in Queenstown again.

Couldn’t rate this team highly enough! From the brilliant customer service to the experience itself, everything was absolutely fantastic. Poppy was a superstar! So friendly, efficient and incredibly accommodating. She made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. Our jet boat driver, Mitch, was awesome! He was great fun and an absolute thrill seeker behind the wheel. The ride was exciting, fast and full of adrenaline, and he made the whole experience so much fun! What an incredible adventure! We had the best time and honestly could have done it over and over again. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Super awesome ride in an impossibly beautiful location; truly quintessential Queenstown experience! Pedro was great; very skilled driver, made sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. Playlist was 🔥🔥 also. The 30 mins FLEW by; could have easily done the hour.

Even after confirmation of payment and a seat for the Jet Boat Adventure, no clear instructions of where to meet. The address stated there was a very broad area, and we had to go around asking. The jet boat ride of 30mins is about right, because after the first few minutes, the rest of the trip is quite the same. I must say the boat driver tried her best to hype things up a bit, but after a while, there is just so much you can do.

We did this ride for the first time. Initially we were kind of nervous but once we got settled and enjoyed the ride.

Super convenient location in the centre of Queenstown and really fun! Our captain Chris was a hoot, his playlist was excellent (great vibe for high speed shenanigans) and the whole experience was amazing. Boat was comfortable and very fast.

amazing experience, would defiantly do it again but the tripadvisor website had the default currency for the price was in usd and i didn't know till after i brought it and when i tried to change it to nzd it was very hard to change and it wasn't working. good views. staff was very good, helped us get in and out of the boat.
