Went early and looked everywhere for tour guide -not to be found. Missed tour. Needs a very specific location.
I was hoping that the tour operator Heaven Trails Ltd. would show up for my tour “30 Major London Attractions Walking Tour With Photos” but as described in some of the other reviews, no tour guide showed up today. They could have at least contacted me to say they wouldn’t show. In case this happens to you, head through Green Park and make your way on foot to Buckingham Palace, Westminister, Big Ben, so your day is not a total waste.

Our guide did a great job! We loved our tour. He made sure to make sure we all followed along and took great Instagram worthy photos. Description of meeting location needs to be more clear.

Best ever experience I ever had in London. Our tour guide was the best and it was soo much fun. It was cold but I enjoyed this tour. See almost every attraction in London. Best for those visiting first time. Recommended!

Our tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. He explained the history and culture with great detail and made every stop interesting and enjoyable. Guide never showed up. Heartbroken over this. Three of us showed up 30 minutes before the tour at the location and waiting until 60 minutes after the start time. Talked to other tours guides and they never heard of this company. Reached out to the tour company directly. No response to calls or texts from us or Viator. Sent email, no response, and no reply to texts through the Viator app. Filled a complaint hoping for a refund, will be looking at what steps I can do to recover the money we paid. Our first day in London ruined. What a shame, we all looked forward to this tour. Shame on you for breaking our hearts and leaving us out in the freezing cold.

Nobody meet in the meeting point, so no plans for today, really frustrating. I have a four-year child with me, no other plans for today, of course… lost 200 €. I tried To contact the guide, nobody’s answering. I even tried to call that’s again a robot. I have no answers to my questions. I hope I will get a full refund.

Awesome experience. Mohammed was a great guide and also snapped some great photos of me with all the iconic spots! Highly recommend if you want to tour the city of London and get some great photos!
