There is 1 red car with white seats and the seats look brown dirty and molding. The other decent looking jet car was green and it was not fast it broke after 5 minutes so the entire time the car was going slow, you could walk faster than the car was going. On viator you have the option to book 30mins or 60mins and we booked 60 mins because it said pictures are included so I didn’t want to rush my pictures I was hoping to enjoy the ride as well as take pictures. The owner argued with me saying that the title says 30mins even though I paid more money for 60mins… after requesting a refund for the difference the owner agreed to the hour I paid for. There is no professional camera, you have to use your own phone at your own risk of it falling in the water if the tour guide slips by accident and drops it it is your fault, luckily we did not lose our phone but was told someone did the day before so please keep that in mind as well. It says snacks included but there are no snacks just water. Also something I noticed on the pier is that all of the companies you can book from only have 1 or 2 jet cars not a lot of options as advertised. So booking with any company is just a matter of hoping that you can get a jet car that is not broken and that will honor the time you choose to buy. Even the tour guide complained saying 60 minutes was too long. It was not a great experience at all and I was confused with how many 5 stat rating they have because it was horrible. Also, if you have anything else planned after, they do not start on time. I had a reservation for 8am but the tour person did not arrive until 8:29am and we did not start the tour until 8:47am because the owner was arguing with me about the 60mins.

Broken jet car going less than 5 miles, jet ski operator was going super fast.. saw other companies that had cars going really fast… other companies also only had up to 2 jet cars to choose from so maybe going with another company that the car was not broken would have been better… they advertise free snack and photos… there are no free snacks they offer water… the photos are on your phone at your own risk that it doesn’t fall in the water. Paid for 60 minutes to have time for photos as well and the owner made me wait even after I showed my email purchase confirmation saying it was only 30mins when it was clear it was 60mins. Even worst was that they tried to argue about my purchase but I started my actual booking time 45 minutes later.
