The 3 in 1 City Tour has been combined into a 5-6 hour tour. The guide said they haven't done the 3 in 1 tour in a few years. Viator hasn't updated their platform reflect this. We did not have time for the longer tour and when I asked for a refund, the tour company told me to take it up with Viator. Luckily, they were willing to let us take the Miami Millionaire Row Boat Cruise that was leaving at the same time and was only 1.5 hours. So, we just exchanged our tickets for that. The boat tour was ok but nothing spectacular, but better than nothing I guess. I was disappointed to miss the city tour as I really wanted to go to Calle Ocha. So Viator, if you're reading this, please update your platform so others don't get tripped up on thinking they can squeeze the shorter city tour in. We had a train to catch, so no time for anything longer.

The only experience that lasts 5–6 hours is our combo package, which includes both the city tour and our 90-minute Millionaire's Row Boat Cruise. This is the tour our team offered as a replacement so you could still enjoy both experiences. It appears there may have been a misunderstanding during your visit, and we're sorry for any inconvenience this caused. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve communication and provide a better experience for all of our guests. Lots of fun. Tommy, our guide, was very knowledgeable of Miami’s history and culture today. He took us to some great spots around Miami, so we could get familiar with the city. The city trip was really fun and exciting. We learned a lot about Miami, especially Little Havana and Wynwood. Our driver and tour guide was fantastic — he pointed out the best places to shop and eat and even went over the time limit to make sure we got the full experience of each culture and community.

We had Alex as a guide and let me tell you!! HE WAS AMAZING, loved the energy and cito was training and also did a great job. IT was just amazing! It turned out it was Alex and my bday that day and he made me feel soo comfortable and he was a complete gem!!! Told him we’re gonna come back and do the tour all over but request him as our guide! Loved the beautiful art, and all the places he took us! Some things I knew but a lot I didn’t! I had such a great time!! We even got to meet the man who is responsible for some of the great artwork!!
