約3時間のプライベートウォーキングでは、平和記念公園の主要なランドマークと、公園そのものを超えて、広島の街がどのように生きてきたか、そして復興したかを示す場所を組み合わせ、広島に焦点を当てた紹介を行います。 平和公園に入る前に、広島の歴史をより広い都市の文脈に置く2つの遺跡、白神神社と旧日本銀行の記念エリアの外から始まります。 広島の歴史ある路面電車に短時間で乗車でき、ゆったりとローカルな移動ができる。 平和祈念公園の散策は、よく知られているランドマークと、公園の静かであまり人が訪れないコーナーの両方に焦点を当てています。 その過程で、見逃されがちなストーリーやディテールを共有することで、単にモニュメントのチェックリストに従うのではなく、文脈や好奇心、そして強い場所の感覚を持って空間を体験することができる。 このツアーは、奥行き、明瞭さ、ローカルな視点を求める限られた時間の中で、より長い半日体験にコミットすることなく、旅行者に理想的です。

最初に立ち寄るのは、広島最古の聖地のひとつ、静かな地元の神社です。 戦前のこの街の精神的ルーツや日常を、落ち着いた雰囲気で紹介しています。
被爆を免れた建物の一つ。 オープンすると、少し中に入って1945年以前の広島の商業生活や街並みを理解する。
爆心地記念碑は爆発の下の正確な場所に印をつけます。 イベントの規模を反映し、その影響を理解するための静かな瞬間を提供するシンプルなデザイン
被爆当時のまま保存されている、広島で最もわかりやすいランドマーク。 その歴史と、今日の平和の象徴としての役割について語ります。
平和祈念公園に入ると、ゲストが希望すれば平和の鐘を鳴らすことができます。世界中から訪れるゲストが共有する、シンプルで思慮深い瞬間です。
原爆の犠牲になった子どもに捧げるこのモニュメントは、佐々木貞子さんの物語と、公園全体に見られる折り鶴に込められた意味を紹介している。
「慰霊碑と平和の炎」で一呼吸置いて、その意味と、原爆ドームと視覚的・象徴的にどのように関係しているのかを解説する。
ドーム、炎、慰霊碑を結ぶシンボルラインに沿って散策を終えます。 ツアーは平和祈念資料館の入り口で終わります。ゲストは希望に応じて、単独で訪問を続けることができます。

Alex gave a very thorough overview of Hiroshima and the history of the events. We had also told him we were staying in Miyajima that evening and he beautifully tied in some elements from Miyajima to the sites we saw. Alex was also very flexible with time and we wanted an earlier start at 8AM. I would recommend that and if you do, it ties into one very important aspect of the tour, especially for any history buff like myself.

Alex was a wonderful guide and made Hiroshima's history easy to understand and deeply meaningful. Fijn dat ik jullie door het Peace Memorial Park mocht leiden. Het was mooi om deze plek en de verhalen te delen. De Shinto Shrine was voor mij een hoogtepunt. Gelukkig bleef het de hele dag droog. Bedankt voor jullie komst en interesse in Hiroshima. Een prettige verdere reis in Japan gewenst!
