Flavio was an absolutely amazing guide. He showed us so many different foods around the open market giving us the opportunity to see how the food is packaged before we went and tried all of the freshly made dishes. He was kind, understanding, and patient. His English is excellent and we learned so much from him.
Flavio was amazing! We had the best time and the food was delicious.
We are a family of 5. Grandmom and dad Brazilians and mom and kids (16+14) Americans. Flavio was our chef and guide through this marvelous journey of flavors and history. Highly recommend for Flavio’s restaurant and teacher background made him able to answer all our questions with interesting stories and detailed explanations.

This is really well worth your time: you will get a great overview of the best foods you’ll find in Brazil and you’re guaranteed to try some new foods you’ll love. Flavio is very nice, and really informative.
