We are very sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment this caused. There was an unfortunate mix-up with your reservation. You had two bookings with us for the same tour, and one of them had been cancelled a few days before the tour. Due to an internal oversight, we mistakenly understood that both bookings had been cancelled. As soon as we realized what had happened, we tried to find a solution and offered to operate the tour one hour later while we arranged a vehicle for you. Unfortunately, this alternative was not suitable for you, which we completely understand given your limited time in port. We then issued a full refund for your booking. We sincerely apologize for the communication error. This was an unfortunate mistake on our side, and we are sorry that it affected your visit.

Our company does not operate a Tallinn Food Tour, and we have no record of your booking or any communication regarding the situation described in your review. We do operate private tours in Tallinn, but the experience mentioned in this review does not match any of our services. If a guide genuinely failed to appear for one of our tours, guests can always contact us directly, and Viator would also notify us so that the situation could be investigated and resolved immediately. Even in the very unlikely event that a tour could not operate, guests would receive a full refund or appropriate assistance. We would never leave our guests without support or simply fail to show up without taking responsibility. Our company operates more than 100 tours across 8 countries, and we take customer service and guest experiences very seriously. Since there is no booking associated with this review, we are unable to verify the claims made or connect this situation to our company. Based on the information available, we believe this review was intended for another tour operator or another experience.
