We were on the Minerva boat. Amazing! The Boat is very luxurious, the room is excellent and the food is sensational. Attention 5 stars from both the crew and the guides. Very worth the experience!

Booked this month's ago for a departure on 30 December. The company listed here that I bought my Tripadvisor/Viator tickets with was passed on all communication to a different person with a gmail account/whatsapp infact the company listed on Tripadvisor/Viator tickets is listed as closed. Infact I struggled to get hold of the company on the phone number listed on the tickets as did Viator and it took multiple communication methods before I got a response. Less than a week before departure we were messaging this person to try and find out the name of our ship and they demanded an extra $200pp because it was new year. Despite me booking months ago and them knowing the dates then they increased price last minute (see whatsapp screen shot). Strangely they could increase the price but couldn't tell me what ship I was on! I cancelled the booking and found a named ship for less than I paid her for the same dates which included New Year. Don't use, plenty of other options.

My name is Eduardo, I am Spanish and before starting the trip I booked a cruise along the Nile, they had told me that it was one of the best experiences in Egypt and even though I came with low expectations, I have to say that it has been one of the best experiences of my life with my wife, he treated us like two more of his own, which is one of the things that surprised me the most, they treated us like I could never have imagined, from here I took the best person from Egypt MONALIZA, she was the operator and organizer of the tours, a person who has cared about us at all times, always checking on us after each tour making sure that everything had gone well and we had had unique moments, just to tell her that Thank you that I carry it in my heart, WITHOUT A DOUBT ONE OF THE EXPERIENCES THAT I WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND. Andrew was absolutely fantastic! He was always ready to help and went above and beyond by messaging us daily to keep us informed every step of the way. It was a tough decision choosing a company for our trip, but I am so grateful we booked with Cupid Company. This was such a smooth trip for us. Rocky treated us like family and went out of his ways to help us and keep no stones unturned for our comfort . We were 3 families with small kids and he made sure every aspect of our trip is taken care. He was knowledgable about Egyptian history to the core.We had bit of air ticket issue at Aswan ( our mistake ) and Rocky helped us solve that so that our cruise experience was awesome. Our experience on the Nile cruise from Aswan to Luxor was truly unforgettable. Sawsan, our tour guide, was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that we visited many beautiful temples and had a deeper understanding of the rich history of Egypt. The cruise crew was also very friendly, making our stay on board comfortable and enjoyable. This was by far our best experience in Egypt, and we are so grateful to Sawsan for making it all possible. Mona is amazing. We booked very last min and our itinerary need to adjust due to our flight time. But she keeps thing flexible even with the payment and we add hot air balloon only the day before. She always check if everything is fine and very reliable. All the guides are very helpful and tipping depends on youself, that makes the trip very pleasant when here people always expect foreigner to give tips for everything. They are all very knowledgeable and we enjoy our time a lot with Tarek and Owf. Usually I don’t take tours but you have to when you come to Egypt and have a full context of the history and heritage

Ramsy our tour guide made this whole trip. His care and consideration for us was above and beyond that which we had expected. The boat was extremely clean and well run, the staff were all friendly and helpful, all in all a very pleasant experience and one which our youngest member of our group Lily age 7, I am sure will remember for a very long time.

The cruise is really fantastic and I absolutely recommend it! Not only is sailing the Nile beautiful but stopping to visit all of the sites is a dream come true. Our tour guide, Ghada with Cupid Agency, is a wonderful local Egyptian woman! She was amazing and helped to make this trip so perfect! She is so friendly and provides you with information on each site and helps to point out not to miss highlights before giving you free time. Ghada seemed to make sure that we never felt rushed and were able to enjoy every minute! She also was so nice to talk with and always willing to help you any way she can. I also want to mention that the Cupud Agency was so nice and professional! They checked to make sure everything was going well and were ready to assist with anything we needed. You should absolutely take a Nile cruise and do yourself a favor by booking through Cupid Agency and asking for Ghada to be your guide!
