We had a great time. The staff was attentive and the food was excellent. It would be even better if it was a little longer voyage.

Arrived to have to stand and wait past the 8.30 time we were told we would be on whilst they were still setting up and even hoovering. Once on tables were very close together. We were also made to have photos taken that we didn’t want as the lady said “she had to do them” it was very awkward and I was very uncomfortable. Zero communication on what we were seeing outside the boat (which we thought there would be) it was basically an ok meal on a boat. Not worth the money at all.

Excellent customer service from Thomas. We had to rearrange our Seine cruise and despite having already paid, they kindly transferred our booking to another date. We had a wonderful, memorable evening, as a family of 5 adults. Such an amazing evening, wining and dining, as we cruised down the Seine. Our waiter was super friendly. Would highly recomend to book your cruise with this company.

I had requested a window table , did not get one .was pushed in between two Loud tables taking pictures over us . Finally got new table , and old 80 .s loud music blaring overhead .. it was a torture Could not wait to get off

Very good time spent on the Capitaine Fracasse. Excellent dinner! Top-notch staff! Attentive, thoughtful, smiling, and funny. Everything is there to have an excellent evening. We highly recommend it and will do it again!

The views were spectacular, the food was delicious and the staff were really friendly. I highly recommend this dinner cruise!! Do it, you wont regret it

Make sure to get on top of deck and see Sights early so you can see sights Eiffel Tower you will see twice on the way and on the way back the statue of liberty you can get right before you dock

I and my family had a tremendous time on this dinner cruise. It was a delightful excursion down the River Seine and the food was quite good. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Paris.

To do and do again, very beautiful setting with this cruise on a beautiful boat

It was a nice dinner experience and the food was good. They do try to hussle you into buying pictures they try to scam you out of 40 euros each for so be aware of that. The open top roof you can go out on was nice.
