Our visit to the Maasai Mara National Reserve fulfilled a lifetime dream. Encountering the animals living freely was beyond amazing!! And an extra special highlight were the hippos that came along the river right outside our tent nightly around 7pm and again at 4 am. But I have to take a moment and say that it is the people of Kenya that impressed me the most!! The Fig Tree Camp staff were so very welcoming. I will hold a very special place in my heart forever for them, never forgetting their kindness. And a great thanks to Robert our incredibly experienced, flexible and knowledgable safari guide. 100% recommendation!! We felt very lucky to have him as our guide

Robert, our driver and guide was excellent. Saw the big 4 out of 5. Saw lion, cheetah, leopard, elephant, wilderbeast. All timings were kept.
