The 3-day trip from Marrakech to the Sahara desert was a truly wonderful experience, which I absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to discover Morocco in an authentic way and experience something different from the usual. During the tour, you cross spectacular landscapes, visit magnificent places, and every day offers something new. The company was also always excellent: the group was pleasant and made the experience even more fun and special. One of the best moments was definitely the stay in the desert. The camel ride at sunset was an unforgettable experience: seeing the sun slowly go down over the Sahara dunes, immersed in the silence and vastness of the desert, is something that is hard to describe in words. The evening at the tent camp was also truly evocative, with a beautiful atmosphere, traditional dinner, and the chance to admire the starry sky far from the city lights. The second night in the tents was indeed magnificent and, without a doubt, one of the best moments of the entire trip. The only downside was the hotel on the first night, which left a bit to be desired (I would recommend changing accommodation). The rooms were rather dated and, unfortunately, we found hair both in the bed and in the shower. It was a shame because the rest of the organization and the experience was really great. Overall, however, it was a fantastic tour, well organized and full of emotions. The landscapes, the desert, the camels, the atmosphere of the camp, and the company made these three days truly special. An experience that I would definitely do again and that I recommend to anyone.

Not as described and not a really authentic experience
The description of the tour is vague. If you travel solo there is no private bathroom at the campsite. You have to share the tent with 3 other strangers including the bathroom. If the shuttle is full you have to sit up front between the driver and guide. You cannot sleep or stretch your legs like if you're in the back. The roundtrip is a total of 18 hours with breaks and a night in a 3 star hotel. Also when you finally get to the campsite parking after the long trip by about 4pm, you arrive at a big tree to meet the camels and camel jockeys They unload the luggage and they want you to get on the camels in the heat and go for an hour ride in a roundabout way to the tents. No cooling off or resting up. You do have the option of getting a lift with the luggage in a beat up 4x4 straight to the tent site which is nestled between the highway with some hotels around and the dunes. The tent site is not out in the sand dunes. Usually it is a fully booked campsite so expect a lot of people. Also good luck getting an english speaking guide or driver. There is Spanish, Italian speaking guides. The rival tour booking agency is a lot cheaper for the same 3 day trip according to some of the travellers I talked to. I am willing to pay more for a better tour but check desert tours in Egypt and Jordan and some better ones in Morocco. They are better and more authentic. Wadi Rum in Jordan is breathtaking.

Shared tents with shared bathrooms are available for guests who book shared accommodations, while private tents with private bathrooms are available for those who select that option during booking. Regarding the transportation and camel ride, these are standard parts of the itinerary. Seating arrangements depend on the number of travelers, and while the front seat is safe and comfortable for many guests, we understand it may not be ideal for everyone on a long journey. The camel trek at sunset is included to provide a traditional desert experience, although guests who prefer not to ride are welcome to travel to the camp by 4x4. We're also sorry to hear about your experience with the guide's language and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
