バローネ要塞（バローネようさい、クロアチア語: Tvrđava Barone または Tvrđava Šubićevac）は、1646年にヴィダクシャの丘の上に建てられた要塞である。 要塞は2016年1月に再活性化され、再オープンした。 2014年に改修されたセント・マイケルズ要塞同様、バロン要塞も2016年にナショナル・カルチュラル・アトラクション・オブ・ザ・イヤーを受賞した。 現在は、拡張現実プラットフォームやその他のマルチメディア機能を通じて、シベニクの過去を巡るデジタルツアーを訪問者に提供している。
聖ヨハネ要塞（せいヨハネようさい、クロアチア語: Tvrđava sv. Ivana）は、市の歴史的中心部の北にある丘の上に位置しています。 名前は、少なくとも1444年からそこに建っていた洗礼者聖ヨハネに捧げられた中世の教会にちなんで名付けられた。 この要塞は、隣接するバロン要塞とともにクレタ戦争中に建設され、1646年と1647年に連続してオスマン帝国の攻撃を撃退することに成功している。 要塞の地方名タナジャは、その建造物の1つであるペンチ型のアウトワーク、またはテナイユ（イタリア語：tenaglia）に由来する。
聖ミヒャエル要塞は中世の砦で、町の古い歴史的中心部の上にある急な丘の上にあります。 要塞の名前はシベニク最古の教会である聖ミカエル教会に由来し、城壁の内側にあった。 一説には、教会はクロアチアのキリスト教化の最初の波、8世紀後半から9世紀初頭に建設されたと考えられている。 2014年7月の再開以来、要塞の野外サマーステージはシベニクの文化生活の重要な一部となっている。 今日では、シベニクで2番目に訪問者の多い遺産記念物であり、クロアチアで2番目に訪問者の多い要塞でもある。

Luka was an excellent guide and stayed with us as we toured the fortresses. We would definitely repeat this. No regrets.
Francesco was fabulous and very knowledgeable. He took us all around the city and shared his local tips. The tuk tuk was fun and easy.
Picked up from our hotel in amadria park and toured panorama in sibenik, 3 forts and cathedral, had beautiful rides and whole history explained by our guide (only pity we don't remember his name) but many thanks to our dear guide was a beautiful day.

Our guide, Luca, was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to understand. This was the perfect tour for a broad overview of the area. The city of fortresses! We were picked up by Luca right next to our cruise ship. Would highly recommend if looking for a short tour.

Our guide/driver Vice did a great job driving my husband and me around Sibernik--from the highest fortress with fabulous vistas, to the lower fort, beautiful cathedral and promenade. What a lovely day. Don't miss this tour in the Tuk-Tuk which can travel high and low!!
