バローネ要塞（バローネようさい、クロアチア語: Tvrđava Barone または Tvrđava Šubićevac）は、1646年にヴィダクシャの丘の上に建てられた要塞である。 要塞は2016年1月に再活性化され、再オープンした。 2014年に改修されたセント・マイケルズ要塞同様、バロン要塞も2016年にナショナル・カルチュラル・アトラクション・オブ・ザ・イヤーを受賞した。 現在は、拡張現実プラットフォームやその他のマルチメディア機能を通じて、シベニクの過去を巡るデジタルツアーを訪問者に提供している。
聖ヨハネ要塞（せいヨハネようさい、クロアチア語: Tvrđava sv. Ivana）は、市の歴史的中心部の北にある丘の上に位置しています。 名前は、少なくとも1444年からそこに建っていた洗礼者聖ヨハネに捧げられた中世の教会にちなんで名付けられた。 この要塞は、隣接するバロン要塞とともにクレタ戦争中に建設され、1646年と1647年に連続してオスマン帝国の攻撃を撃退することに成功している。 要塞の地方名タナジャは、その建造物の1つであるペンチ型のアウトワーク、またはテナイユ（イタリア語：tenaglia）に由来する。
聖ミヒャエル要塞は中世の砦で、町の古い歴史的中心部の上にある急な丘の上にあります。 要塞の名前はシベニク最古の教会である聖ミカエル教会に由来し、城壁の内側にあった。 一説には、教会はクロアチアのキリスト教化の最初の波、8世紀後半から9世紀初頭に建設されたと考えられている。 2014年7月の再開以来、要塞の野外サマーステージはシベニクの文化生活の重要な一部となっている。 今日では、シベニクで2番目に訪問者の多い遺産記念物であり、クロアチアで2番目に訪問者の多い要塞でもある。

Good overview of the city and its history. It was a very hot day and we did not want to walk everywhere so this was a good option.

An incredible experience and one not to be missed. Our guide (Francesco) was brilliant, so kind, informative and friendly. The tour was with only two other people which was brilliant and pitched perfectly. It was a hot day and we where given a nice amount of time to explore as well as time to grab a drink and relax. Our guide was informative and spoke perfect English. It was fascinating to see the parts of the city we had not explored and here about it. The monuments are incredible and the views really did take my breath away. Do not hesitate to book this trip is is well worth it. Especially with pick up and drop off at the hotel. He picked us up on time and at our chosen location. A brilliant trip.

Francesco was our guide. He messaged me around half hour before collection to make sure he would collect us at the right place. He was knowledgable, very friendly, all the locals seemed to know him as well. He also knew my English football team!! The views were amazing at the top and he kept updating us with history as we went round. Probably wouldn’t have seen the fortresses without this and got the views over Šibenik so appreciated. Couldn’t recommend him anymore than I did and he did say he’d drop us back to our car if we wanted to, which was a really nice thought, but we did a bit of exploring first

Booked this same day- had extra time in port and was a wonderful way to spend 2 hours. Guide was very informative and friendly, and the tuktuk was a fun way to get around. Wouldn’t have been able to cover that much ground on our own. Would definitely recommend.

Picked up from our hotel in amadria park and toured panorama in sibenik, 3 forts and cathedral, had beautiful rides and whole history explained by our guide (only pity we don't remember his name) but many thanks to our dear guide was a beautiful day.
