Francisco took us to many beautiful viewpoints one after another in his calm, unobtrusive way. When he noticed that we liked facade art, he spontaneously added a small extra loop and showed us more beautifully designed house facades.

Pedro was a wonderful tour guide! He was very knowledgeable regarding the history, culture, and development of Lisbon! He is a true local born and raised in Lisbon with wonderful recommendations. Additionally, he took extra time to send us a message full of personal recommendations on how to spend our time in Lisbon!

I had a really nice morning with my guide Pedro. He picked me up right on time from my hotel and walked me through what to expect from the day. The tuk-tuk was clean and comfortable and once you get the hang of it, easy to get in and out of. Pedro was really good at dodging potholes and road bumps, but it’s still a pretty bumpy ride given how much of Lisbon is cobbled streets. We rearranged the tour slightly as my hotel was close to a stop that would normally be at the end of the day, and I appreciated Pedro making the best use of the time I had for the trip. So we started with a sweeping view of the center of the city across beautiful manicured gardens. From there, we went down to the center of the city, passing by the shopping district, elevator, and famous arch, and up to a set of hills for views of the city, then back to other other side of the city for similar views. Each viewpoint was at a nice park or similar site which was nice in itself, and Pedro pointed out interesting churches, buildings, and street art as we traveled between viewpoints. At one point I wanted to stop for photos at a spot not on the standard route, and that was no problem. Pedro was great about explaining everything I was seeing and pointing out what to look for, but even at the end of the tour, gave me tips for avoiding possible pickpockets and other problems. He wanted to ensure my entire visit was a good one, which I really appreciated! This is a really nice way to get an overview of Lisbon and see sweeping views of the city.

We enjoyed our time with Pedro so much. We saw the city from many viewpoints and enjoyed our Tuk Tuk experience. At the end Pedro pointed us to the best egg custard tin Lisbon to end our fun city experience. So good!

We did this tour on our first full day in Lisbon and it was truly the best decision! Not only were we able to get an understanding of the layout of the city but we also learned so much about the history and architecture in the process. Benedita (Benny) was the best guide, and we couldn’t recommend her enough! She made sure to show us the best spots, provided great recommendations, and was able to take us to less crowded viewpoints.
