4 mins late no reimbursement
Unfortunately we ran into challenges getting to the boat on time. We tried calling but missed the departure by 4 minutes. While I understand this was our responsibility I was disappointed by the response from the proprietor. He would not offer any reimbursement because ‘if I do for you, I must for everyone’. There were mitigating factors for our tardiness and I don’t think it’s good customer service to take full payment when we were keen to attend and only 4 minutes late.

Full payment at time of booking is required for all cruises ALL CONFIRMED Bookings are refundable or are transferable to another person or another sailing session. ABSOLUTELY No changes or cancellation are available 48 hr prior to departure. BOAT DEPARTS AT 5PM PROMPTLY !. WE CAN NOT WAIT FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE LATE! No refunds for missing the boat! Please be on time! Other Information Inclement Weather: All sailing is subject to suitable tides and weather and guest safety is paramount. The Captain has the final say if a trip is to be rescheduled or cancelled due to bad weather. Bookings can be transferred to another day and time or a 100% refund can apply. Minimum Passenger Numbers: All trips except for a sole charter have a minimum passenger requirement of 10 guests. If your journey is rescheduled or cancelled due to this we will endeavour to accommodate you on an alternative trip. Should this not be suitable a 100% refund will apply. Pricing: is per person unless otherwise specified

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A MAGICAL EVENING ON THE WATER! 🌅🥂 What an absolutely beautiful way to experience a Darwin sunset! From start to finish, this 3-hour cruise was fantastic value for money. The canapés were delicious, the sparkling wine was a lovely touch, and the service was wonderful. Everything came together to create such a relaxing and memorable evening on the water. Watching the sun set over Darwin was simply magical! 🌅💛 I thoroughly enjoyed every minute and would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Darwin. Would I do it again? Without a doubt! 🥂

Excellent Experience From Start To Finish
From start to finish this was an excellent experience. The staff were extremely attentive, kind and helpful. The tapas were wonderful and the sparkling wine certainly flowed freely! Good music too. Being on a catamaran boat felt a more authentic way to sail and the sunset certainly didn’t disappoint. Thank you to all the staff for making this such a fun and memorable evening.
