This is a fantastic walk!! Our 2 guides were wonderful - Vince and Pat were such a good storytellers and the pride they felt for the land and their family history was contagious. The four hours flew by - even in the wind! I would do this activity again in a heartbeat.
It was fun and informative! Make sure you dress for the weather. If you are afraid of heights, prepare yourself.

I have never felt more alive than on the Cliffs of Moher with Pat Sweeney and his friend Vincent. The jagged cliffs, the spraying ocean, the cap-stone fences, and the breeze that can almost take you off your feet are all yours for a few hours. Pat and Vincent, natural storytellers , told us stories of families, farms, pubs, and dreams.
This was an experience of a lifetime. An absolute must when you visit the cliffs. The best way to experience the incredible landscape. Pat was simply the absolute best from his stories to the pace of the walk. Out of 10 stars I give it 100!
In my opinion, this was an amazing way to see the cliffs and get local stories about the area. Pat and Vince were excellent guides.
Pat is wonderful!! He provides such a personal touch and you learn so much and see so much that you can’t get without this tour.
Perspective participants should be aware the hike is over some difficult terrain and the length is approximately four miles.
Absolutely fantastic experience with Pat and Alex. It was great to hear about the history of the Cliffs, the county and Patricks own family history in the region . He tweaks the tour to help walkers get the best inspite of the weather and wind - thats really appreciated. A wealth of local history, and humour to keep the journey very entertaining.
Patrick and Vincent were fabulous guides for our walk, it was full of amazing views, local history and anecdotes We had a fun time and were amazed when we looked back, how far we had hiked with what seemed little effort. We would highly recommend this tour.
