Our boat trip was cancelled just 20 minutes before departure because they had overbooked. We had planned our entire last day in Zadar around this trip, which was scheduled for 2:30 pm, so it completely ruined our plans. Cancelling at the last minute due to overbooking is extremely unprofessional and very disappointing, especially when customers have organised their day around the booking. If they knew they were overbooked, they should have informed us much earlier. I wouldn’t recommend booking
