We want to clarify that the reason you had to take a taxi back was because you requested to return early from the jet ski tour. Our transportation operates on a scheduled bus service, and unfortunately, when guests return outside of that schedule, we aren’t always able to provide immediate transportation back to the terminal. That said, we understand how frustrating it must have been to have to arrange and pay for your own return, and we’ll take this as an opportunity to improve how we communicate our transportation policy in advance.
