From start to finish, Bianca, our tour guide was extremely accommodating, friendly and extremely kind. We had a fantastic time listening to music and chatting. The tour felt like we were visiting an old friend, rather than being on a paid tour. She gave great advice about where to eat and we had great conversations en route.

My brother and I did this tour. It was wonderful having a Brasov local and guide. Mioara was very professional and knowledgeable. She was willing to customize our experience to our preferences. We had a wonderful time exploring the beautiful countryside with her!
We have just returned home from a wonderful 3 day tour of transylvania with Bogdan our fantastic guide. There were many highlights to out trip including Pekes Castle, Bran Castle and libearty bear sanctuary. Bogan was very knowledge and told us many interesting facts about each destination also pointing things out along our journey. Our guide was very pleasant and also had a flexible approach to our tour which meant that we could make the most of our time and take into account the weather (lots of snow one day!) This meant that our trip was thoroughly enjoyable and stressful free. We were also given suggestions of things to do in the evening and places to visit in Bucharest. The couple that run the guest house used on ourctrip were also lovely. Thank you Bogdan we will hopefully be returning later in the year!
Autumn is a great time to visit Transylvania. One of the highlights for me was the mountain roads and seeing the bright autumn colours in the forests. The scenery is spectacular! Bogdan is an excellent tour guide who entertained me with his stories and knowledge of the castles. He is able to explain the history of the region and to answer any questions. Due to COVID, the castles were not crowded and the lines were short. The cold misty weather when I visited Bran Castle added to the spooky atmosphere.

Seeing this area of Romania through Bogdan's eyes, experiences and passion gave us a deep respect and love for his country. Very difficult to pick favourite locations...the architecture, the history and the colours created memories that are unique to each. With Bogdan by our side all the time, we felt we missed nothing, and he was always so willing to answer any questions or requests.
