We recently went out on a snorkel adventure with Maui Snorkel Charter, and it was truly an amazing time. We saw so many incredible fish species and were lucky enough to spot several turtles. A special thank you to Captain Jenn and our first mate, Sofia, who were both top-notch throughout the entire trip. They made the experience fun, educational, and safe. We had some pretty rough seas on the ride back, but Captain Jenn was a master of her craft as she handled the boat with ease and made everyone feel completely comfortable. Had a great time (our second time out) with Captains Jen and Eleni. Not only did we have fun at Turtle Town (my wife’s favorite) but also Red Hill ( a location I have never been to.). The ride was smooth and pretty quick as they depart from Kīhei boat ramp. I’m hoping to squeeze in one more trip with them before we head home!

Captain Jenn and Sophia were great host of this tour. Super knowledgeable about the area and the sea life!

Turtle Town was SO much more than we even expected. It was a gorgeous site with a bunch of turtles swimming so close around you that you actually have to work to keep the 10 feet of distance to keep them safe! Captains Jen and Eleni were friendly and helpful and fully present for their crew of morning snorkel adventurers. I took a Meclizine that morning but still had some nausea. Eleni brought me ginger chews and some ginger ale and checked in on me several times. Their gear was great - new and comfortable and fit well - which makes a huge the difference. I’ll be recommending this to people forever!

Great experience! Captain Jen and Elena were very nice and informative! I have been snorkeling 2 times before this and didn't love the experience. This was the most enjoyable experience I've had, they really made sure your masks fit and were comfortable and gave you proper instructions on how to wear them which I really appreciated! And I love the added touch of them taking photos for you and sharing them! Definitely get to see turtles! Which was a huge plus! We did not see whales, but that was due to it being at the end of season and we knew that was a possibility.

Such a magical day with Maui Snorkel Charters. Jen and Elena were AMAZING!!!They made us so comfortable and provided all the important information. Had the best time swimming with turtles!!🐢 Highly Recommend!!!

I do not recommend this tour for families with younger children. Even though the age range says 5 and up, our 7 year old daughter had a very difficult time. They should also note on the website that this is not suitable for beginners as they give you no information on how to use the mask, how to breathe, what to do, etc. for first-timers. We had a pretty awful and deflating experience overall. The kids were also not given life vests on the return journey which was horribly windy and turbulent. Our kids were screaming and crying the entire time ( and they are fine on roller-coasters) it was that scary, especially without any life-jackets. We feel that it was irresponsible not to have asked the kids to wear them before departure, especially knowing that the it would be a rough ride. They also did not provide coffee or banana bread as advertised, but chips. We were able to at least catch a glimpse of the sea turtle which was nice, but we will recommend all of our friends to find alternative tours.

The crew was great!! We really had a great experience. Captain and co captain had lots of knowledge about the whales, islands, and best places to go hike and get a great meal. They were great with the kids😊

Our tour on March 9th with Captain Jen and Sophia was awesome! They were very personable and fun and made us feel so comfortable. Turtle Town was awesome - we saw so many!! Offering banana bread, chips and a drink and learning a bit of history from Captain Jen on the way back were all wonderful added touches. I would highly recommend this tour!

The crew was awesome and having them take pictures for us was a very nice touch. We just enjoyed ourselves and didn’t worry about pulling out our phones or cameras. And they didn’t charge us for the pictures - They just emailed/texted a link.
